01 / Your starting point

The questions your marketing needs to answer.

You do not need to be a web specialist to know what is causing problems. We start with your business, the customers you want and your current results.

Why are competitors easier to find?

Your offer exists, but rarely appears for the searches that matter. We examine queries, pages, competition and local presence to understand where visibility is won.

Examine your SEO

Why does the website attract visits but few useful enquiries?

Visit counts do not tell you who buys. We look at visitor intent, the clarity of the offer, reasons to trust you and mobile friction, alongside the enquiries you actually receive.

Understand the customer journey

Is advertising bringing customers or just clicks?

A campaign can spend its budget while attracting people outside your target market. Search terms, ads, landing pages and sales follow-up need to be considered together.

Assess your campaigns

Does the whole website need rebuilding?

Sometimes better service pages, more precise content or a reliable form are enough. We distinguish useful improvements from a necessary redesign and retain what already works.

Plan a useful redesign

02 / The services

Five disciplines. A business objective we define together.

The right choice depends on your market, your resources and what is holding your business back. A project can address one area or connect several in a shared plan.

Search engine optimisation

Be found for searches related to your products, services and expertise. Local SEO is part of the work when proximity matters.

Search analysis, page structure, technical improvements, content and monitoring of relevant visibility.

Content & editorial presence

Answer prospective customers’ questions and explain what makes your business different. Each piece of content needs a role in the buying journey.

Service pages, SEO content, FAQs, rewriting and editorial planning. Social media is considered in light of your audience and resources.

Marketing measurement & management

Understand what your actions contribute and decide where to invest next. Metrics need to support decisions beyond impressions and clicks.

Initial review, measurement plan, result interpretation, priorities and recommendations. Data limitations are made explicit.

03 / Evidence for decisions

The web matters to business. Your own return needs checking.

These public studies document reported benefits and difficulties people encounter. They illuminate business needs; they do not prove that a particular service will be profitable for every business.

04 / Useful measurement

From a visit to value for your business.

Before acting, we agree what to observe and which decision it should inform. A dashboard is useful when it helps you improve, continue or stop an action.

A click is not a customer. Revenue attributed to a campaign is not its margin. Consent, seasonality, sales cycles and small volumes may limit interpretation; those caveats accompany the review.

05 / Working with Gloria

An explained decision. Concrete work. A clear review.

We define the need before selecting tools. You know the deliverables, responsibilities and cost of each stage.

  1. Understand the business

Priority services, intended customers, coverage, constraints and current enquiry quality. We review what exists before defining the work.

  2. Agree the scope

Deliverables, responsibilities, information needed, revisions, timing and price. Hosting, licences, advertising and follow-up are identified separately.

  3. Make the changes and review them

You see content and changes in stages. You approve business facts; we check their implementation and the intended functionality.

  4. Check and hand over

We test the agreed points, document access and arrange the handover. Any support after delivery is set out in the proposal.

Your business stays in control.

Domain, hosting, advertising accounts, content and measurement tools: access and responsibilities are identified at the outset. Handover and follow-up arrangements are specified in the proposal.

06 / Your questions

Budget, channels and process: the practical questions.

Questions to resolve before investing time and money.

My website gets visits but almost no enquiries. What do you check first?

We compare visited pages with the services you want to sell. Article readers, job applicants and prospective customers have different intentions. Then we review the offer, reasons to trust the business, mobile journey and contact process.

Where data is limited, we start with the pages and your feedback. We do not present an assumption as a measured result.

How can I reduce enquiries from the wrong area or for unsuitable work?

We clarify coverage, services, intended customers and conditions that matter before a quote. For campaigns, targeting and search exclusions are part of the work.

Your feedback — outside the area, unsuitable service, serious project, accepted quote — helps us refine targeting and pages. A form alone cannot guarantee the quality of every contact.

Where should I start with a limited budget?

Choose a business priority: a service to grow, an area to reach or a fault affecting enquiries. We can define an initial intervention, then decide the next step from what has been delivered and observed.

The proposal separates Gloria’s work, technical costs, any advertising spend and follow-up. You can compare scopes and understand recurring costs before committing.

How do you use AI in the work?

AI tools can speed up topic exploration, the preparation of alternatives and some checks. Your business information, sources, tone and published wording need verification and your subject-matter approval.

The aim is useful, accurate pages, followed by checks on their implementation and effects. The volume of generated content is not a commercial result.

How soon can we assess the work?

Delivery and commercial effects have different timelines. A corrected page or repaired form can be checked at handover. Visibility and enquiry quality need subsequent observation, depending on volume and your sales cycle.

We agree review points and criteria for continuing, adjusting or stopping. We do not guarantee a Google ranking within a set period or a number of customers.

Can you work on visibility across several towns?

Yes, starting with the areas you actually serve and the relevant services. We examine the business profile, website information and whether local pages would help your customers.

This is more than swapping town names in the same text. A page should offer useful information about coverage, the service, constraints or documented work. Priorities also reflect your capacity to fulfil those enquiries.

How will I know whether the work helps the business?

We define measures before interpreting them: visibility for the chosen subjects, enquiries, relevant contacts, quotes and sales where you can connect them. For advertising, spending is assessed alongside these stages.

A simple tracking table may be enough. Technical measurement depends on configuration and consent; it cannot explain the whole sale. Your commercial feedback complements website data.

Can you help if I already have an agency or lack some account access?

Yes, once roles and required access are defined. A review can give your current provider a basis for action. Direct work needs clear agreement on who changes, tests and approves it.

Where access is missing, we first identify account holders and possible recovery steps. We do not promise to recover an account without its holder’s cooperation or reuse a licence without checking its terms.

What should I prepare for an initial conversation?

Your website address, activity, coverage, priority services and current frustrations are enough to introduce the situation. Examples of useful or unsuitable enquiries, with unnecessary personal data removed, are more helpful than a premature specification.

Share timing and budget constraints if you know them. We will identify the information needed to propose a scope. Please do not send passwords in the first message.

Should I choose SEO, Google Ads or social media?

SEO helps address search demand over time. Google Ads lets you test an offer against targeted searches within a controlled budget. Social media can support discovery, relationships and content distribution depending on your customers’ habits.

We compare buyer intent, competition, timing and your resources. Social media optimisation, community management and social advertising are separate activities: any scope must be defined rather than assumed to be included.

Does my future website have to use WordPress?

No. We start with the content, functions, control you need and maintenance costs. WordPress is one of the solutions Gloria can implement; it is a technical choice that needs a reason.

If your current platform fits the need, migration is not an objective in itself. The constraints and skills needed for another solution are checked before any commitment.

How can I tell whether the work is profitable?

We define which costs to include and connect actions with qualified enquiries, quotes and sales where the data permits. Your margin and sales cycle matter as much as enquiry volume.

Before-and-after comparisons may be affected by seasonality or other sales activity. A comparative test can be considered when volume and context allow; otherwise the findings are interpreted with those limits.
