Information in your enquiry

The French and English contact forms require your name and email address. These details identify your enquiry and allow a reply. The form cannot be submitted without them.

Company name, telephone number and message are optional. You choose the details needed to describe your project or enquiry. Please avoid sending passwords, sensitive information or unnecessary personal data about other people at this stage.

Enquiries are recorded in WordPress and handled through Gloria’s email. They are not transferred to a CRM and do not subscribe you to a newsletter.

Why this information is used

Replying to your enquiry

Reading your message, understanding the need and continuing the conversation. This processing is based on Notaria Prime’s legitimate interest in responding to people who contact it and managing its professional relationships.

Preparing a service at your request

When you request a quote for a service you intend to contract for yourself, the necessary information is used to take the steps you have requested before entering into a contract. If you contact Gloria on behalf of a company, your professional contact details are used to manage that relationship on the basis of legitimate interests.

Issuing and retaining invoices

Billing details needed for an ordered service are processed to meet Notaria Prime’s accounting and tax obligations.

The processing needed to answer your enquiry does not depend on a marketing subscription or on accepting analytics or advertising cookies.

Recipients and service providers

Enquiries are intended for the people handling them for Notaria Prime. Technical providers have access to data for the operations needed to host the website and provide email services.

The hosting provider is EasyHoster, a service of Kim Communication Limited. Its legal address is Unit B, 3/F, Kai Wan House, 146 Tung Choi Street, Mongkok, Kowloon, 999077, Hong Kong.

Messages sent to contact@gloria-project.eu are received in a mailbox hosted by EasyHoster. A copy is forwarded to a Microsoft Outlook.com/Hotmail mailbox to handle the correspondence.

Microsoft states that it may store and process data in several countries, including the United States. Its privacy statement describes this processing and the transfer safeguards it reports using, including standard contractual clauses and the EU–US Data Privacy Framework.

How long information is kept

The retention policy distinguishes commercial enquiries from accounting records:

• Commercial enquiries that do not lead to a service: contact details and correspondence needed to follow up the project are kept for a maximum of three years from the last contact initiated by you.
• Invoices: ten years from the end of the relevant accounting year. This period does not apply indiscriminately to every message or document associated with a project.

These rules apply to information held in WordPress and in email. You can request deletion before the period ends. The request is assessed against any retention obligations and the conditions that apply to this right.

Cookies and website statistics

Google Analytics measures use of the website, including pages viewed, traffic sources and information about the browser and device. This measurement is based on your consent. It loads after you accept the Statistics category. You can refuse it and continue browsing the website or contact Gloria.

The _ga and _ga_* analytics cookies use identifiers to distinguish visits. They have a maximum lifetime of 390 days, without automatically extending the expiry date on each visit. The cmplz_* cookies remember your consent choices for 180 days. The functional cookie cmplz_policy_id, with the same lifetime, identifies the policy version when you first arrive.

The functional cookie pll_language remembers your chosen language for 365 days. The browser also keeps a local technical classification of cookies in cmplz_cookie_data, for the browsing session only.

You can change your choices below. Withdrawing consent stops measurement and removes the website’s Analytics cookies from the browser you are using. Processing carried out before withdrawal is not reversed.

Manage my cookie preferences

Google may process information in several countries, including the United States. Its privacy policy explains the processing, and its international data transfer information describes the safeguards it provides.

A hosting credit image is loaded from Internet Archive (web.archive.org). Displaying it requires a connection to that service.

Links to other websites

When you follow a link to another website, that website applies its own privacy and cookie rules.

Sending an enquiry to Gloria does not subscribe you to communications from these partners.

Exercising your rights

Subject to the conditions set out in the GDPR, you can request access, rectification, erasure or restriction of your personal data. You can object to processing based on legitimate interests on grounds relating to your particular situation. Data portability applies to automated processing based on consent or contract where its conditions are met.

Where processing is based on consent, you can withdraw that consent. Withdrawal does not affect processing carried out before it.

Send your request to contact@gloria-project.eu or to Notaria Prime’s registered office. Include your identity, what you are requesting and how to reply. A copy of an identity document is not required automatically; additional verification may be necessary if there is reasonable doubt about your identity.

A response is normally provided within one month. An extension of two months may be necessary because of the complexity or number of requests. You will be informed of the extension and its reason within the first month. Exercising your rights is generally free of charge, subject to the exceptions provided for certain requests or copies.
