Local visibility
Show where you work, what you do and how to enquire.
A useful local presence brings the business profile and website together. Customers should be able to recognise the service, check the area you cover and take the next step.
Begin with your real business and service area
We establish the services, locations and areas you actually cover, then check the eligibility and information for your Google Business Profile. The plan also considers your capacity to respond to new enquiries.
Local pages should offer information specific to the service and area. We do not invent branches or addresses to target more places.
Build consistent information
- Business profile: activity, contact details, hours, services and suitable images.
- Service pages: what you handle, where you work and the conditions for an enquiry.
- Local references: consistent details on the relevant directories and other agreed platforms.
- Reviews: a practical way to invite feedback from real customers and respond to it.
- Enquiries: a usable mobile journey and useful qualification information.
For an equipment-maintenance business, naming the types of sites served, the travel area and the details needed for a quote is more useful than a row of near-identical city pages.
Make the next action easy to find
A visitor may want to call, request a quote or visit a customer-facing location. The page should make the appropriate action obvious and use accurate information.
The French navigation label Nous trouver - Itinéraire GPS is an illustrative example here, not directions to a Gloria office.
Agree the work and the follow-up
A project can include an initial review, business-profile changes, selected service pages, enquiry checks and a review of the completed work. The proposal defines the locations and pages covered, any third-party costs and whether ongoing work is needed.
Calls, forms and qualified enquiries are compared with available visibility data. A directions request or a click is not automatically treated as a sale.
Questions about this service
I already have a Google business profile. What would you improve?
We review its information, services, available photos, reviews and connection with the website. The work addresses inconsistencies and explains the services people look for in your area.
You receive a defined scope of changes and content. Access and any Google verification steps are identified at the outset. We do not create a replacement profile when the existing one is suitable.
Do I need a page for every town I serve?
We choose priority areas with you: services to develop, acceptable travel distance, capacity and information customers need. A local page can explain available services, travel conditions or documented examples of work.
Changing only the town name in identical copy does little to help a visitor decide. With a limited budget, start with the areas and services the business can realistically develop.
Can you help me make better use of customer reviews?
We can organise a request for feedback after a service, make the profile easy to reach and prepare an approach to responding. You know the customer relationship; we help turn that knowledge into a straightforward process.
Reviews come from real customers. We do not write fabricated testimonials or sell quantities of reviews. Existing feedback and documented work can also inform your website pages.
What determines the budget, and do I need a subscription?
The budget depends on locations, pages to create or revise, available information and necessary corrections. The proposal separates initial work, content and any ongoing support.
A one-off project may be enough to put information and pages in order. Regular work can help update services, develop further priorities and review enquiries. Its scope and frequency are agreed before you commit.
When can we assess progress in local visibility?
Profile and page changes can be checked when completed, subject to the platform’s verification steps. We then review relevant searches, available interactions and enquiries, taking account of seasonality and your area.
A call, directions click and accepted quote are different stages. Your sales feedback helps establish contact quality; the review is broader than a single Google position.
