Website design & redesign prices
Design and redesign prices: brochure websites, CMS and e-commerce

Build · standard configuration

- Usable catalogue supplied by you
- Standard cart, payment and delivery
- Order journey tested
- Special integrations quoted individually
The quote confirms the scope before commitment. The client registers and renews the domain; initial connection is included. Choose hosting on your own account or hosting managed by Gloria, at an additional cost. E-commerce platform, applications and payment fees are not included.
What affects the quote
Complexity matters more than the number of pages.
Standard features or custom development
Presenting ten structured services can be straightforward. Developing a configurator, booking with specific rules or a client area requires bespoke work.
Content, orders and old URLs to migrate
Clean text and catalogue data make the build easier. A disorganised database, orders to migrate or hundreds of redirects requiring decisions need assessment.
Calendar, till or stock: integrations to price
A link to your usual tool differs from a connection to your till, management software or stock. The quote specifies each integration.
Included in our approach
What the packages include: journeys, SEO foundations and security at delivery
Mobile navigation and forms: understandable steps
A clear offer, simple navigation and visible actions on mobile. Forms ask for useful information, with understandable labels and error messages.
Titles, links, indexability and redirects: planned SEO checks
Titles, useful content, links, indexability and the sitemap are checked before publication. In a redesign, old addresses are examined to prepare relevant redirects. No Google ranking is guaranteed.
HTTPS, access rights and form checks
HTTPS, limited access and server-validated forms are part of the foundation. Updates, backups and interventions after delivery are defined in the chosen management arrangement.
The proposal specifies features, information to supply, included feedback rounds and acceptance criteria. We correct delivery defects found within the agreed scope. New requests after approval are priced separately.
Costs after delivery
Domain, hosting and maintenance.
You register and renew the domain in your account
You register, pay for and renew your domain name directly. We help you connect it to the website at launch. Subsequent one-off assistance can be priced separately.
Hosting in your account or optionally managed by Gloria
Keep compatible hosting or choose hosting managed by Gloria. Its cost, backups, maintenance and exit terms are specified in the quote. This management remains optional.
With hosting managed by Gloria, the quote states the price, payment dates, planned backups, retention and restoration or termination terms. With direct management, you handle these operations unless an additional service is agreed.
For an online shop, the platform subscription, paid apps and payment fees or commissions are additional to the build price. They are identified before you commit; variable fees depend in particular on sales and the chosen provider.
Your independence
Access, files and exports: what you receive to manage or transfer the website
The domain and accounts essential to your business are opened in your name. We work with the necessary permissions. At delivery, you receive the agreed access and a copy of recoverable files or content. A platform's export limits and paid licences are explained before it is chosen.
You can change providers. We supply available exports and useful information; a migration performed by Gloria may require a quote. No permanent monitoring or round-the-clock intervention service is included by default.
Frequently asked questions
Questions about prices, page numbers and included services
Why these prices?
AI, reusable components and automated checks reduce production time. These packages cover standard configurations. Bespoke work, missing information or a complex migration are identified before you commit.
Is there a page limit?
The price is not based on an automatic surcharge per page. The quote specifies the content and page types to produce: a series of structured pages does not represent the same work as an interactive tool or in-depth editorial research.
Can I keep my current hosting?
Yes, if it is compatible with the planned website. We check compatibility before choosing the solution. In all cases, the domain name remains in your account, paid for and renewed by you.
Are SEO and security included?
Technical SEO foundations and security checks at delivery are included. Ongoing SEO support, advertising campaigns, maintenance and interventions after delivery are separate assignments specified in the quote.
Does the €590 excluding VAT redesign cover all websites?
It covers a standard CMS redesign with a defined migration scope. A complex shop, bespoke development, compromised website or substantial migration requires tailored pricing. We state this before starting.

Budget examples: tradesperson, salon and online shop
The following examples help explain the packages. They are neither client references nor personalised quotes. The right starting point depends on the expected functionality and the state of the available information.
Scroll the table horizontally to read all columns.
| Illustrative situation | Starting point to consider | What may affect the price |
|---|---|---|
| A tradesperson presents services and receives enquiries. Their information is stable. | Simple brochure website: €290 excluding VAT in a standard configuration. | A client area, price calculator or in-depth documentary research goes beyond a simple presentation website. |
| A salon wants to update its service menu and keep its booking calendar. | Editable website / standard redesign: €590 excluding VAT. | A link to the calendar and synchronisation of its data do not represent the same work. The tool's functionality is checked. |
| A retailer supplies a usable catalogue and wants to sell with standard payment and delivery. | Standard online shop: €990 excluding VAT. | Till connection, multiple stocks, specific commercial rules or order migration to be studied separately. |
A website can contain many structured pages without requiring complex features. Conversely, a single page calculating a price from remote stock may need substantial investigation and testing. The quote explains the tasks that affect the amount: data preparation, journey design, copy requiring approval, integrations and migration of the existing setup.
To help you decide
Compare two quotes: content, features, delivery and recurring fees
To compare, give both providers the same requirement and request written answers to the same questions. A website build, a subscription and ongoing SEO support have different purposes. Price alone does not reveal the rights handed over, fees after delivery or work remaining your responsibility.
Scroll the table horizontally to read all columns.
| Item to check | Expected answer |
|---|---|
| Content | Who supplies the facts, who writes, which pages or page families are planned, and who approves the text and visuals? |
| Features | A simple form, external booking or an integration; each use must be described. |
| Redesign | Which data and old addresses are migrated? How are cases without an equivalent handled? |
| Delivery | Which journeys will be tested, which access and documents will be handed over, and how are defects handled? |
| Recurring costs | Domain, hosting, platform, apps, maintenance and payment fees: identified amounts or terms. |
| Changes and exit | What happens if you add a feature or change providers? Which data can be exported? |
If something is unknown, it is better to record it as a point to verify than assume it is included. A connection to your software, for example, depends on what that software allows and any fees it charges. We can define an initial standalone scope, then investigate the integration before a further commitment.
Objectives, KPIs & return on investment
KPIs and ROI: measure enquiries, sales and margin generated
Before discussing pages or features, we define what the project should improve: receiving relevant enquiries, selling more with a satisfactory margin or reducing the time spent processing an operation. KPIs are the indicators used to track these objectives. Their baseline is recorded before changes when data is available.
On a small screen, scroll the table horizontally.
| Your business | Useful KPIs | How to measure them |
|---|---|---|
| Services and appointments | Qualified enquiries, attended appointments, accepted quotes and margin per new customer | Received form, sales feedback and CRM; a click-to-call does not prove that a call connected. |
| E-commerce | Orders, conversion rate, margin after variable costs and returns, and acquisition cost | Orders reconciled with payments and refunds, spending on the selected channels. |
| Application, CRM or AI | Time per correctly completed task, errors, rework, adoption and usage cost | Comparable before-and-after sample, including human review time and operational data. |
Calculate the number of customers needed to cover the project's cost
Fictional example: with a total cost of €1,500 excluding VAT over the chosen period and €150 contribution margin per new customer, 10 additional customers are needed to cover that cost. With 12 additional customers genuinely attributable to the project, the margin reaches €1,800; the net gain is €300, giving a 20% ROI. This scenario illustrates a calculation, not a performance forecast.
Total cost includes the build and selected expenses over the same period: hosting, software, maintenance, campaigns and relevant internal time. Margin per customer is calculated after the variable costs of their service. The same cost must not be counted twice. Attributing a sale to a channel does not prove the project created it: seasonality, sales activity and existing demand also matter.
Define indicators, their sources and review dates before launch
The measurement plan specifies events, sources, deduplication rules and the person qualifying enquiries. Analytics tools such as GA4 are configured according to the consent required; names, emails and case contents are not sent in analytics events. Search Console reports visibility in Google, while the CRM and sales report the commercial outcome.
The quote distinguishes launch checks from a dashboard or regular support. Depending on the assignment, we agree on a post-launch checkpoint, a monthly review and an assessment over a period suited to the sales cycle. Low volume may require more time: we do not present a change of a few clicks as proof of ROI.

Projects priced by quote: migration, CRM, APIs, AI and usage costs
The three packages above cover standard builds. Data migration, industry-specific access rights, a client area or connections to several software products require specific scoping. We price the work, tests and migration of the existing setup; the number of pages alone is not a unit of complexity.
For an AI integration, the quote separates the build from usage costs: provider, request or token volume, storage and any review time. For an application, it specifies databases, hosting, backups and intervention limits. A third-party subscription or ongoing marketing support is not implicitly included in the build price.
