Pages for your campaigns and offers
Landing page creation: present an offer and receive qualified enquiries
Someone clicks on a specific offer: the page must answer their questions and let them act without going elsewhere for information. Gloria designs landing pages with consistent messaging, available evidence and an appropriate form. We also prepare tracking through to the sales response to assess the quality of enquiries received.
- Show the same service and conditions on the page as those advertised in your campaign.
- Explain the price, scope and next steps before requesting contact details.
- Distinguish submissions received, relevant enquiries and business actually won.
Creation quoted individually · scope, integrations and recurring fees specified before commitment.

Choose a landing page for a specific offer, launch or campaign
A landing page is an arrival page built around a decision: requesting a quote, booking a conversation, registering for an event or buying a defined offer. It may receive visitors from an advertisement, a partner, an email or a link on printed material. Its creation must therefore begin with the target audience and the promise that prompted the click.
It is appropriate when a general page mixes too many activities or leaves visitors searching for the advertised offer. A business offering equipment sales, troubleshooting and maintenance can create a page dedicated to its maintenance contract. This explains the conditions without asking prospects to browse every service.
A single page is not always enough. If customers need to compare a catalogue, explore several areas of expertise or manage an account, we study the journey within the website or application. The aim is not to compress everything into one long page, but to make the decision understandable and the next step workable.
We can create the page within your existing website, on a suitable solution or as part of a set of campaign pages. The choice takes account of the independence you want and the necessary integrations. Traffic acquisition and campaign management are defined separately.

Compare competing offers and connect each search to the service actually offered
We start with your services, target customers, recurring objections and sales terms. The benchmark examines competitors’ offer pages: which audience is named, what information justifies the price, what evidence is accessible and what happens after an enquiry? The purpose is to identify what visitors need to understand to choose, without copying competitors’ messaging.
Keyword research then clarifies intent where the channel is appropriate. ‘SME IT maintenance’, ‘home computer repair’ and ‘free monitoring software’ do not lead to the same offer. These are avenues to examine using available data, not assumed search volumes. On social media or through a partner, we also analyse the message context and what visitors already know.

| Question | Answer to approve with the business |
|---|---|
| Who do we want to hear from? | SMEs with 5 to 30 workstations in the area actually served |
| Which service? | Maintenance and support contract, according to the equipment covered |
| What evidence is available? | An anonymised and authorised example service report |
| What is the next step? | Review of equipment and needs before a contract proposal |
You approve this brief before copywriting and design. The quote specifies the depth of benchmarking, channels and planned variants. A study of several markets is not automatically inferred from the price of one page.
Content and functionality
Example: explain a maintenance contract before asking about IT equipment
Bureau Serein is a fictional business used to illustrate the page. It wants enquiries from SMEs for a maintenance contract. Its old ‘Contact us’ button gives few reasons to complete the form and does not explain the difference from one-off troubleshooting. The new journey starts by describing the equipment covered and services offered.
Content answers the manager’s questions before contact
The opening section presents the audience, service and limitations. The rest details covered tasks, how a support request works and the hours actually offered. The demonstration document shows sections of a fictional service report: reported problem, action taken, verification and follow-up item. It helps explain what the customer would receive without inventing an achieved result.
The form asks for the approximate number of workstations, number of sites, main need and a way to respond. It avoids passwords, detailed network diagrams or confidential documents at this stage. The confirmation explains that a conversation will clarify the scope; it does not announce that a contract has already been accepted.
A prospect looking only to repair a personal computer immediately understands whether the service is suitable. This qualification may reduce raw submission numbers while improving relevance. The scenario illustrates a design objective, not a measured or guaranteed Gloria result.

Example: collect the date, group size and layout for hiring a training room
Second fictional example: a venue hires an equipped room to businesses and training organisations. A campaign advertises a room for a working day. The page must show the space, possible layouts, included equipment, access and pricing conditions. An empty-room photograph with a generic form does not help prepare a precise enquiry.
The page presents an accurate plan or photographs, then explains what changes according to group size and layout. Visitors provide the preferred date, participant numbers, configuration and additional needs. Any advertised rate specifies what it covers: duration, equipment and any separately charged services. Evidence and capacity are supplied and approved by the venue manager.
An availability enquiry must remain distinct from a confirmed booking
Without a connected calendar, the button may say ‘Check availability for my training session’. The confirmation says the request has been sent. It promises neither that the date is held nor a final booking. If the project includes instant booking, calendar, payment, cancellation and overlap rules must be specified and tested.
Acceptance testing uses an available date, a fully booked date and an incomplete enquiry. The handover document records the expected response for each case. The team receiving the enquiry knows what information to review and how to record the outcome. This continuity avoids confusing a submitted form with a sold room hire.

Receive a brief, copy, an implemented page and acceptance criteria
The quote describes what will be delivered and what your business supplies. Content work starts from verifiable information: offer, price or calculation method, timings, photographs, customer questions and authorised references. We prepare the agreed wording and structure; you approve commercial commitments before publication.

| Deliverable | What you can check |
|---|---|
| Offer brief | Audience, need, arrival channel, limitations and expected action |
| Copy and mock-up | Understanding of the service, evidence and answers to objections |
| Implemented page | Display, navigation, content and functionality on mobile |
| Form or connected tool | Requested data, destination, errors and confirmation |
| Measurement plan | Selected events, verification method and measurement limitations |
| Acceptance test record | Tested scenarios, corrections and responsibilities after launch |
Filming, original photography, a paid booking tool or a particular CRM integration require an explicit scope. Advertising materials and variants intended for an experiment can complement the page. They are not included merely because the project uses the word ‘campaign’.
We can work with your marketing manager or existing provider. A shared brief keeps the same offer in the advertisement, the page and the sales response. A change to price or conditions must be reflected in all three places.
Content and functionality
Check the form, receipt and data transmitted to measurement tools
The form should ask for what is needed for initial processing. A mandatory phone number, an attachment or a long series of questions may be justified in some cases; they must serve a practical purpose. Labels state the expected information, and errors explain what to correct without unnecessarily clearing the rest.
Planned checks cover server-side validation, protection against abusive submissions and access rights to enquiries. Adding files requires limits on format, size and processing. Technical accounts use the necessary permissions. A visible form and HTTPS connection are not sufficient evidence that messages reach the right destination.
Acceptance testing verifies the full result: entry, validation, saving or transmission, receipt by the recipient and displayed confirmation. If a CRM connection is planned, we check fields, assignment and duplicates. The response to failure is included in the scope, with the person to notify.
Measurement does not need to receive enquiry free text or confidential data in a URL. Events, parameters and consent mechanisms are defined according to the tools used. The plan distinguishes what can be measured from what remains unknown when tracking is refused or unavailable. The aim is understandable counting, not maximum data collection.
Content and functionality
Measure relevant enquiries and generated margin, not just clicks
Before launch, we define what constitutes a qualified enquiry: desired offer, area, business type or another relevant criterion. Tracking distinguishes submissions, duplicates, off-target enquiries, quotes and sales. Clicking a phone number or opening a calendar does not prove that a conversation or booking took place.
Entirely illustrative example: a campaign receives 24 enquiries, 12 of which match the offer, and leads to 3 contracts. With €480 in media spend and €120 in campaign costs allocated to the period, the cost is €25 per raw enquiry, €50 per qualified enquiry and €200 per contract. These measures describe different things; they do not predict your performance.
If the three contracts generate €900 in contribution margin before acquisition, €300 remains after those €600 in costs, before other expenses and the cost of creating the page. Calculating project ROI requires including the relevant additional costs and estimating what proportion of gains would not have occurred without the activity. A platform’s attribution alone does not prove this incremental effect.
Response time and reasons for rejection complement the figures. A page may generate the right enquiries, only for business to be lost because nobody calls back. Measurement and management or Google Ads management can organise this work in a separate engagement.
Content and functionality
Test a specific hypothesis and decide which pages should be indexed
An improvement begins with an observation: visitors ask what the price includes, the wrong audience completes the form or a step fails on a phone. The hypothesis connects the correction to the problem. For example, adding a table of included services might make qualification clearer. The choice is not based merely on a colour preference.
A test comparing several versions requires traffic and a protocol suited to the difference being detected. Before launch, we define the main indicator, what changes and how results will be interpreted. A few conversions are not enough to declare a winner. With limited data, a journey review and qualitative observations can first guide the correction.
A useful, lasting offer page can form part of the website architecture. Near-identical advertising variants, however, do not justify dozens of pages aimed at search. We define their indexing status and links according to their role. Multiplying town names without real differences in offer, evidence or information is not an editorial plan.
The page retains necessary access to business identity, terms and privacy information. The journey must remain usable by keyboard, on mobile and when errors occur. Fast loading supports that task; it does not replace offer clarity.
Content and functionality
Price the page according to the content, integrations and variants needed
Landing page creation is individually quoted. The price depends on content work, visuals, the form, integrations and required checks. A page connected to several systems may take more effort than several simple pages sharing a structure. The quote details these requirements; page count does not trigger an automatic surcharge.
You retain your domain account and handle purchase and renewal. Gloria can connect the page to the existing domain. Hosting, third-party tools, maintenance and marketing support are listed separately according to the chosen options. Handover does not automatically commit you to an advertising subscription.
To prepare the project, specify the offer, audience, planned traffic source and person who will handle enquiries. Add commercial information and usable evidence. We then define approvals, access to provide and conditions for putting the page online.
Practical questions
Questions about the campaign, form and enquiry tracking
Should a landing page always be short and have no menu?
No. It must answer the questions necessary for the intended decision. A substantial commitment often needs more explanation, examples and conditions than a simple registration. Navigation can be reduced, but useful information and access to business identity remain available. Length follows the offer and journey, not a universal rule.
Can you improve an existing page without rebuilding the whole website?
Yes, after examining its structure and technical limitations. We can revise the copy, offer presentation, evidence or form. A targeted change may be enough. If the problem also concerns visitor acquisition or enquiry handling, those issues are identified and quoted within their own scope.
Does every advertisement or industry need a different page?
Not necessarily. Several advertisements can lead to the same page if they present the same offer to the same audience. A separate page becomes useful when needs, evidence, conditions or the next step genuinely differ. Industry variants therefore require specific content, not replacing a few words.
Do you guarantee a conversion rate or number of leads?
No. Results depend on the offer, traffic, competition and sales response. We define checks, indicators and deliverables before working. The review distinguishes observed facts from hypotheses. Low volume or incomplete measurement may prevent precise attribution of a change in results to the page.
