IT maintenance, managed services and IT projects
A website to present your IT contracts and receive SME enquiries
Your next customer wants to know who will look after their workstations, users and incidents. Gloria creates or redesigns your website to explain your maintenance scope, prepare a useful sales conversation and give existing customers clear access to support.
- Explain included services, exclusions and support conditions.
- Qualify projects by equipment volume, sites and needs before the first conversation.
- Distinguish sales enquiries from support reserved for contracted customers.

Content and functionality
Compare local IT offers and searches related to your contracts
Our method starts with competitor research: which providers does an SME manager compare, what offers do they present and which questions remain unanswered? We then examine your actual services: workstation maintenance, user support, backup, networking, email migration or support for an internal IT manager. The website should attract businesses you can actually serve.
Keyword research follows this scoping. ‘SME IT maintenance’, ‘business managed IT services’, ‘multisite IT provider’ and ‘business email migration’ correspond to different needs. These are avenues to examine without invented search volumes. Someone seeking a personal-computer repair is not preparing the same purchase as a company comparing annual contracts.
The scoping deliverable links each priority need to a page, available evidence and an action. On-site service areas are distinguished from remote support; no locations are invented to cover towns artificially. The quote specifies the market studied, benchmark depth and content produced.
Content and functionality
Describe a maintenance contract without promising unlimited support
A manager should understand what they are buying before reading a list of brands and certifications. We present the users and equipment covered, support hours, on-site work, routine requests and what requires an additional quote. Monitoring, backup and restoring service are described separately when they involve different responsibilities.
If you use a service level agreement, or SLA, its public summary must remain faithful to the contract. The time for acknowledging an incident is not a promise to resolve it within that time. Your business approves hours, priority levels, triggering conditions and exclusions before publication. Gloria invents neither permanent on-call cover nor availability guarantees.
Qualifications, software partnerships and testimonials are published only with verifiable evidence and the necessary permissions. To make the service tangible, we can show an anonymised example of an equipment report or contract review. The document shows which decisions it supports; it does not reveal weaknesses in a customer’s system.

The quote confirms the scope before commitment. The client registers and renews the domain; initial connection is included. Choose hosting on your own account or hosting managed by Gloria, at an additional cost. E-commerce platform, applications and payment fees are not included.
These starting prices cover standard configurations. The quote specifies the selected functions, data migrations and integrations. There is no automatic surcharge per page: a synchronised schedule, stock management or a private area may require more work than a set of presentation pages.

Example: an SME with 28 people wants to change IT provider
Fictional case: a business with 28 people across two sites wants to transfer its IT maintenance. Several interventions are still being handled by its current provider. The manager does not know the precise licensing position and does not want a change of partner to cause disruption.
The ‘Maintenance takeover’ page explains the first conversation’s steps: identify the approximate equipment base, understand difficulties, check current responsibilities and prepare an inventory with authorised people. A box specifies documents to gather later, such as the current contract and a list of services used. The public form requests no passwords or technical exports.
The received enquiry contains the approximate user count, both locations, proposed date and main need. Your salesperson can check suitability before involving a technician. Access handover and the transition schedule remain matters to define with the relevant parties after qualification.
The page can use an illustrative takeover table: service, current owner, access to transfer and expected check. Visitors see how the project will be prepared. An abstract promise of ‘digital peace of mind’ would not answer these questions about continuity, documents and next steps.

Scoping extract: route contracts, one-off projects and customer incidents
Before the mock-up, we prepare a journey map. It prevents every enquiry from arriving in the same inbox with the same urgency. Here is an example to adapt to your organisation; it does not describe a system already installed.
On a small screen, scroll the table horizontally.
| Visitor situation | Information to present | Planned destination |
|---|---|---|
| Compare a maintenance contract | Accepted equipment, services, exclusions and assessment process | Qualified sales enquiry |
| Prepare an email migration | Users, current tools, stages and items to inventory | Conversation about a one-off project |
| Report an incident under contract | Existing support channel, hours and approved instructions | Provider portal or support |
For each destination, scoping also names the owner, displayed confirmation and fallback if the linked service is unavailable. A ‘Customer support’ button remains visible without replacing the journey for new prospects. This separation also avoids counting a customer ticket as a new sales opportunity.
Content and functionality
Ask about workstation numbers and needs without collecting IT credentials
The first form requests the information needed to decide whether a conversation is relevant: business, professional contact, approximate user numbers, number of sites, locations and main need. Knowing whether there is an internal IT manager helps distinguish full outsourcing from support within a specific scope. The preferred date remains indicative.
A free-text field can invite prospects to describe a difficulty, with a clear instruction not to share usernames, passwords, recovery codes or confidential documents. Detailed infrastructure information is collected later through the agreed channel. A sales enquiry must not become an improvised route into support.
We provide an understandable confirmation and routing to the selected recipient. If a calendar is offered, the appointment title and purpose state what will be discussed. This is neither an automatic technical audit nor an emergency intervention. Checks cover fields, input errors, mobile display and transmission according to the acceptance scenario defined in the quote.
Content and functionality
Prioritise maintenance, migration and contract-takeover pages before generic articles
For a business seeking more recurring contracts, the first priority may be a complete maintenance page: accepted customer profiles, scope, support arrangements and quote preparation. A migration page becomes useful if that work is a distinct offer with its own stages and limitations. An ‘Our team’ page presents the actual contacts and their roles.
Articles address hesitations identified during sales conversations. ‘What information should I prepare before changing provider?’ can complement a contract-takeover page. ‘Who opens and closes access when someone joins or leaves?’ can explain service organisation. Examples describe your approved practices without revealing a customer’s configuration.
Content links to the corresponding service and a next action. We avoid stacking general cybersecurity news unrelated to your offer. A topic list specifies the intended reader, question addressed, approving expert and review date. The final choice depends on commercial priorities and available website data.
Content and functionality
Choose between a support link, an integrated calendar and a CRM connection
A public website can link to your existing support portal without replacing the ticket-management tool. This reduces the initial scope and preserves customer habits. A qualification calendar or standard form may be enough to receive new enquiries. Tool accounts and subscriptions remain identified in the quote.
A CRM connection becomes relevant if the team regularly re-enters the same prospects or loses track of conversations. We then scope transmitted fields, record ownership, duplicate handling and failure alerts. Automatically creating a support ticket from every sales contact would be a poor configuration if nobody distinguishes the two.
A private area, shared authentication or connection to your IT service management tool is a specific project. Permissions, available APIs, licences and maintenance are studied before pricing. The CMS or application is chosen around these uses, not an obligation to rebuild everything using new technology.
Content and functionality
Test recipients, permissions and old links before launch
Acceptance testing follows several people: a manager seeking a contract, an IT manager preparing a project and a customer trying to reach support. Each must reach the right place. We check links to third-party tools, confirmation messages and the absence of confidential information on public pages.
Administration access is assigned according to the work required. Form protections and message handling are planned around the selected storage. If documents are needed, access, retention and deletion form part of scoping. A sensitive file must not be exposed through a public address that is merely difficult to guess.
For a redesign, we also examine URLs sent to customers: support links, access procedures or contact pages in signatures. A useful old address is preserved or redirected to a relevant destination. The team checks receipt of an agreed test enquiry and knows who monitors the journey after launch. Website maintenance and your company’s IT commitments remain two distinct scopes.
Content and functionality
Measure qualified appointments, signed contracts and acquisition cost
The tracking table distinguishes incoming enquiries, appointments compatible with your offer, proposals issued and contracts signed. Existing-customer tickets are excluded from new prospects. Time to first response and rejection reasons can reveal a form problem or a poorly defined target audience.
A signed subscription should not be assessed solely by its monthly revenue. To evaluate the result, your business selects a period and deducts service delivery costs: licences, subcontracting, support time and new-customer onboarding costs. Website, campaign and follow-up costs are compared with margin over that same period.
We establish a baseline before publication where data is available. Contracts obtained through referrals do not automatically become sales caused by SEO, even if the prospect viewed the website. Tracking describes known sources and uncertainties. The objective is to decide which content and channels deserve further investment; no number of contracts is promised.
After handover
Domain in your name, hosting and maintenance defined in the quote
You register and renew your domain
The domain name is registered on your account. You pay for and renew it directly; Gloria connects it to the website initially as part of launch. You retain control of the account and renewal reminders. Subsequent one-off assistance can be quoted separately.
You choose who hosts and maintains the website
You can retain compatible hosting or choose hosting managed by Gloria at an additional cost. The quote specifies recurring costs, backups, updates, included interventions and exit terms. Software subscriptions, paid extensions and marketing support are identified separately.
Practical questions
Questions about SME enquiries, support and IT contracts
Can we keep our ticketing tool and customer area?
Yes, a clear link to the existing tool may be enough. We check the journey and addresses used by your customers. Deeper integration, shared authentication or data exchanges are studied separately according to the tool’s capabilities.
Should we publish our IT contracts’ monthly prices?
Only if you can explain the conditions: users, equipment, scope and exclusions. An approved indicative pricing grid can help comparisons. If the price depends on an inventory, the website explains pricing factors and quote stages instead of presenting a misleading amount.
Can the website present our home-computer repair services?
Yes, if you offer them, with a journey separate from business managed IT services. Services, support locations and useful contact details are specified. This separation helps visitors and allows each activity to be measured without mixing enquiries.
Can a demonstration show a customer monitoring dashboard?
We favour a fictional mock-up or a genuinely anonymised, authorised screenshot. Names, addresses, alerts and infrastructure details must be examined before publication. An image illustrates how you work without disclosing data or technical weaknesses.
