Our method, before design

Joiner benchmarking and keywords by project, material and use

Work starts with competing joiners, local results and relevant examples for presenting manufacturing, installation and renovation. The benchmark examines materials, uses and evidence of completed work. Your speciality, equipment, areas covered and the value of desired projects determine priorities.

“Bespoke fitted joinery [city]”, “window installation” or “wooden staircase manufacture” are possibilities to verify according to what you actually do. We distinguish product searches from design or installation requests. A subcontracted service must be presented with your exact role.

This study organises service pages, examples and the initial brief, with your authorised photos and precise material descriptions. KPIs track actionable enquiries, measurement appointments and accepted quotes. Inspirational visuals do not become projects attributed to the business. The quote sets the categories studied and the depth of competitive research; the standard website price does not include exhaustive analysis of every material and use.

In practice

Request interior fitting or bespoke work

Fit out a space

Clients discover projects organised by use and can specify their needs, approximate dimensions and project location.

Create a piece

The presentation provides guidance on the approach, materials and stages. The conversation then addresses choices and constraints specific to the project.

Your starting point

Creation or redesign: content, functions and transfer of old pages

Creation: organise pages, content and contact

To create the website, we select services and projects representing your activity. The presentation links each example to your service and quoting process. If you want to add to this portfolio regularly, we can plan independent management of the relevant content in an editable version.

Redesign: transfer content and redirect old pages

For a redesign, we inventory old galleries, useful pages and contact details. We reuse available images and add missing explanations, then prepare necessary address changes. The aim is to make your current offer clearer, without deleting useful history simply to change the presentation.

Useful functions

Project gallery, project stages and quote form

Completed work organised by use

Storage, a staircase or commercial fit-out can be grouped into suitable categories. Each reference presents the need, your contribution and choices you can show. Information concerning a client or private location is published only with the necessary permissions.

Project stages: discussion, design and construction

The website can present the stages you actually follow: discussion, possible visit, design study, quote, manufacture or installation. This explanation clarifies what work is expected from everyone. Timelines remain those you can confirm for the project, rather than a uniform promise for every job.

Form with type of work, intended use and approximate dimensions

The form can ask for project type and a simple description. Attachments are added only if receipt and processing are planned. A configurator that calculates a product or price is a separate feature, to examine according to your rules and data.

Practical questions

Questions about content, tools and website creation

Can we display a catalogue of completed projects?

Yes, with useful categories and content you can publish. A catalogue of examples is not necessarily an online shop. If products must be ordered with dimensions, options and price calculation, operation must be scoped as a specific commercial feature.

Is a configurator included in the brochure website?

No. A brochure website presents your services and prepares contact. A configurator requires compatibility, dimension and sometimes pricing rules. It therefore needs its own scope; an existing solution can be considered after checking its capabilities and costs.

Can I add my new projects?

Yes, if the editable version includes this use. We define a stable presentation for each project's photos and information, then show you how to use it. Adding content remains simple while preserving consistency between images, text and internal links.

Build the journey

Present the work, its use and the bespoke elements

A fitted-interior workshop and an installation company should not have the same site structure. We start with your actual work: storage, kitchens, windows and doors, staircases or another speciality, then specify your role in design, manufacture and installation. Project pages show choices useful to understand: use of space, constraints, selected materials and finishing details. They distinguish an adapted standard product from a specially manufactured piece. This presentation helps visitors place their project before requesting a quote, without making them browse a catalogue unrelated to your activity.

A concrete example

Example: requesting bespoke storage beneath a staircase

In a fictional case, a family wants storage beneath a staircase. They arrive at a comparable project and understand possible choices without assuming the photographed model can be purchased in identical dimensions. They submit a rough sketch or description, then your team checks whether the need matches your work. The first conversation clarifies uses, space requirements and constraints before a possible measurement visit. The website presents this process so sending a photo is not interpreted as an order or an accepted quote.

The first enquiry

Form: type of work, use, municipality and approximate dimensions

Contact can ask for the type of work, municipality, intended use and a reply method. Dimensions remain approximate and optional at the first stage. A drawing or photo can accompany the message, with guidance on accepted files. We avoid requesting complete plans or unnecessary personal information before knowing whether the project is within your scope. For professional partners, a separate journey can specify the collaboration type without mixing these enquiries with those from private clients.

Define the budget

Gallery, configurator and online shop: features to quote separately

An organised gallery and structured enquiry often provide a good starting point. A link to a manufacturer's catalogue can supplement information if the references are relevant. A configurator with dimensions, materials and prices, however, requires compatibility rules, limits and an approval method. A shop selling standard products adds stock and order management; it does not replace a bespoke quote. Scope is therefore established by distinguishing inspiration, option selection and sales, which do not involve the same work.

Prepare and check

Prepare project photos, materials and examples of bespoke work

Prepare overall views and details, with the context of each piece and photo usage rights. Materials and finishes are described in your terminology, explaining names clients may not know. Manufacturer references and subcontracted services are presented without attributing work to the workshop that it did not perform.

Validation tests bespoke work, a replacement enquiry and a professional approach. We check gallery categories and readability of received files. A missing dimension must not block initial contact if it will be measured later; an enquiry must not trigger an unapproved automatic price.

A good project page can inform visitors long after work is finished. We therefore plan text explaining choices rather than a simple dated announcement. For administration, a useful exercise is adding a project, supplying its context and assigning it to the correct category. Information needed for publication is grouped to avoid conflicting entries. If a material or product is no longer offered, the page can remain as a historical reference while clearly indicating what is still available today.
