Our method, before design
Renovation company benchmarking and keywords by room, building and type of work
We compare competing businesses, their local presence and references that explain renovation scope well. The benchmark distinguishes partial work, complete renovation and coordination of trades. Your actual skills, partners, areas and projects to develop guide the work according to their value and your capacity.
“Apartment renovation [city]”, “bathroom renovation” and “house renovation company” are avenues to check. Selected searches must match a service actually provided, with its limits. We do not promise comprehensive delivery when some work remains for the client to organise.
The research determines pages, project cases and questions for the initial brief. Authorised photos show your actual role; before-and-after images retain their context. KPIs track in-scope enquiries, visits and accepted quotes, without an objective based on traffic alone. The quote specifies the number of services and depth of competitive analysis; a standard package does not include an exhaustive study of every area and project category.

In practice
Request renovation of one room or an entire home
Renovate a room
Examples show possible work and your role. The form prepares the discussion about the room, need and constraints.
Transform a home
The journey details stages and contacts. The enquiry specifies scope, project status and preferred period.
Your starting point
Creation or redesign: content, functions and transfer of old pages
Creation: organise pages, content and contact
For a new website, we clarify your offer and how you organise projects. We prepare content, completed work and the contact journey around these operations. Services are presented with their limits so prospects can understand the proposal before approaching you.
Redesign: transfer content and redirect old pages
For a redesign, we retain useful references and pages that still describe your activity. We correct overly broad promises, old contact details and discontinued services. Address changes are prepared and content approved by your business before publication.
Useful functions
Work pages, illustrated projects and quote form
Services classified by room and renovation type
The website can distinguish the renovation types you handle and explain how your involvement differs. Included services, contacts and stages are described from your method. A package is not presented as all-inclusive without its scope being defined.
Projects presented with work, stages and photos
A reference can show the initial request, work carried out and your organisation. Images are accompanied by verifiable information. Budgets, timelines or results are added only if they can be documented and published, with the details needed to understand their context.
Form with property, work and municipality
The form can collect property type, municipality and planned work. It then explains how your business will get back in touch. A project tracking area, document sharing or a connection to your management software are distinct features that need scoping.
Practical questions
Questions about content, tools and website creation
Can we present a complete renovation offer?
Yes, if its scope matches your organisation and can be clearly explained. The website must distinguish the work covered, your role and what remains to be defined in the quote. We do not add a blanket promise simply because it seems more commercially attractive.
What if I do not yet have project photos?
We can present your method and services, then plan to add authorised references. An illustration or demo must not be presented as a client project. Producing a photo shoot is not automatically included.
Can the website be used to track projects?
A client area with documents, stages and individual access goes beyond a standard brochure website. We study uses, data and the existing tool before proposing a solution. A suitable integration may be preferable to creating a second system your team would need to maintain.
Build the journey
Make it clear who does what in the renovation
A renovation company may handle one work package, several tasks or overall organisation. The website must explain this scope before presenting a gallery. We can structure pages around projects as clients experience them: renovating a room, transforming a home or refurbishing premises. Each page states the work covered, the limits of your role and preparation stages. Project examples specify what was retained, replaced or coordinated. A final photo must not attribute an entire operation to your business when you only handled part of it.
A concrete example
Example: an owner prepares their apartment renovation
Fictional example: an owner wants to renovate an apartment before moving in. They view a comparable project, understand your role and see the information needed for a first conversation. They indicate the property concerned, their project's progress and priorities. Your team can then distinguish a request for initial advice from a project with plans and choices already prepared. The website explains that scope must be confirmed before pricing. It turns neither a floor area nor an indicative budget into a commitment on the cost or duration of the work.
The first enquiry
Form: property, rooms, municipality and occupation during work
The form can ask for property type, municipality, rooms concerned and a way to reply. A field about occupation during work helps prepare the discussion without collecting information about residents. Budget and preferred dates can remain indicative, with an option to say they are unknown. Plans or photos are offered only if receiving them will be useful. A short free-text description complements the choices; it should not be replaced by a multitude of boxes forcing visitors to define a technical programme alone.
Define the budget
Public website or project portal: different features and budgets
The public website can send an organised enquiry without managing the project. Linking to your existing client area is one thing; creating a portal for approving plans, quotes, amendments and documents is another. The latter scope requires accounts, permissions and version tracking. A budget calculator would also need approved assumptions and clear limits. We separate these needs so that website creation remains proportionate to its initial purpose: presenting how you work and obtaining the right first information.
Prepare and check
Prepare illustrated projects and test renovation enquiries
Prepare two or three operations with context, your role, work completed and authorised photos. Intermediate stages can explain your organisation better than a dramatic before-and-after. Also supply the list of contacts and professional documents whose information you wish to display, after company approval.
Acceptance testing follows a partial renovation, a complete transformation and an out-of-scope enquiry. We check the categories received, confirmation messages and file destinations. The journey must remain understandable for visitors unfamiliar with trade names or the stages of an operation.
To maintain this clarity, case studies can share an editorial structure without all telling the same story. Each project describes a different constraint: an occupied home, coordination of several interventions or adaptation of a space. In an editable version, the delivery exercise consists of publishing a case study and checking that your role is visible from the start. During a redesign, we also inventory links already present in your sales materials. Useful old addresses are retained or directed to an answer consistent with the project sought.
