Our method, before design
Garage benchmarking and keywords: oil changes, diagnostics and repairs
The method starts with competing garages, local results and references clearly presenting work and booking. We look at the information needed to understand a service and contact the workshop. Supported vehicles, equipment, slots and value priorities determine the highlighted services.
“Car service [city]”, “clutch replacement” and “engine warning light diagnosis” are avenues to check against your practice. We study search intent without promising universal repairs, one price for every model or a diagnosis made remotely.
The analysis organises servicing and repair pages, with authentic workshop photos and explanations of vehicle handling. The form collects details useful for a callback, then KPIs track relevant enquiries, confirmed appointments and completed work. Content remains linked to areas actually served. The quote states benchmark depth and services studied; the standard website offer does not include an unlimited audit of every model and mechanical operation.

In practice
Request planned maintenance or have a problem examined
Planned maintenance
The customer finds the service, conditions and appointment process. They can specify their vehicle and preferred period.
A problem to examine
The page explains work handled and contact methods. The form collects the described symptom without turning the message into a diagnosis.
Your starting point
Creation or redesign: content, functions and transfer of old pages
Creation: organise pages, content and contact
We build a readable presentation of your workshop and specialities from your information. Real photos, main services and well-placed contact create a useful website whose text you approve before launch.
Redesign: transfer content and redirect old pages
We examine your existing website to identify information that remains accurate and contact routes to simplify. The redesign can clarify services, fix mobile display and prepare redirects when addresses change, according to the agreed scope.
Useful functions
Vehicle form, service list and opening hours
Form adapted to the vehicle
A standard form can guide the enquiry using make, model and type of work. We limit fields to what genuinely helps you reply, avoiding unnecessary collection of documents or sensitive data.
Easy-to-browse services
Presentation by service family distinguishes maintenance, repairs and equipment. If you publish prices, their conditions and content must be supplied and approved by your garage to avoid misleading comparisons.
Current directions and opening hours
Address, contact details and opening hours are placed where useful. We can also present planned closures and arrival instructions so visitors know how to arrange vehicle drop-off or collection.
Practical questions
Questions about content, tools and website creation
Can visitors request an appointment from the website?
Yes, a form can send an enquiry that you then confirm. Booking synchronised with your schedule requires a suitable tool; its subscription and any connections to workshop software are specified separately in the quote.
Can the website give a repair price?
It can display prices and packages you provide, with their conditions. A calculation depending on the vehicle, parts or diagnosis requires a specific assessment and is not part of a simple contact form.
Can we keep our domain and hosting?
You buy and renew your domain while remaining its registrant. We can use your hosting if suitable for the project, or offer hosting managed by Gloria with separate fees announced before you commit.
Build the journey
Distinguish a known service from a problem to examine
Someone looking for servicing and someone hearing an unusual noise do not need the same journey. The website can present identifiable services on one side, then an examination enquiry for undefined situations. Pages state vehicles and work actually handled. If the workshop offers packages, their content and conditions must be readable before the enquiry. Used vehicles, where offered, occupy a catalogue separate from maintenance. This separation avoids mixing vehicle purchases, workshop appointments and information enquiries in one form.
A concrete example
Example: describe a noise to the garage without choosing the repair yourself
In a fictional example, a driver wants a noise examined but does not know which intervention to select. She finds a journey allowing her to describe what she notices without making the diagnosis herself. She indicates her vehicle and drop-off availability, then receives confirmation that the enquiry will be assessed. The website does not turn this message into a booking for a specific repair. Conversely, a known standard service can lead to your appointment tool if it can check the necessary conditions. The two cases remain clearly distinguished.
The first enquiry
Form: reason, vehicle and callback contact details
The initial form can ask for the reason, make or model if useful, a way to reply and contact preference. A registration number is mandatory only if your process truly needs it; otherwise, it can be requested in the next exchange. Vehicle documents need not be uploaded for a simple question. A drop-off availability field can be indicative. We provide a message describing the next step without guaranteeing how long the vehicle will be unavailable before the enquiry has been assessed.
Define the budget
Scheduling, workshop software and vehicle sales: connections to plan
A link to the schedule already used by the workshop retains its rules and availability. An embedded integration requires checking that choices are transferred and what happens when no slot is offered. Synchronisation with workshop software requires defining who creates the appointment and how duplicates are avoided. A vehicle catalogue adds other work: listing status, photos, specifications and removal of sold vehicles. The quote distinguishes these features instead of presenting every automotive activity as a standard brochure website.
Prepare and check
Prepare services and test maintenance, diagnostics and appointments
Prepare services, accepted vehicles, drop-off arrangements and links to existing tools. Workshop and team photos must correspond to your establishment. For packages, state exactly what is included and which cases require confirmation. Courtesy vehicle or customer reception information remains consistent with your actual offer.
We test a standard service, an unidentified problem and an out-of-scope vehicle. The correct context must reach the workshop. A requested appointment must not display as confirmed without a response from the system. We also check that visitors can find garage directions after leaving the booking tool.
Daily updating deserves a simple decision: who changes special opening hours, services and listings? If several people contribute, their access can be adapted to the intended work. In an editable version, the validation exercise concerns a withdrawn offer or sold vehicle. We check that the information disappears from lists while leaving a useful destination for old links. A redesign must also consider addresses already used in messages sent to customers so their appointment reminders remain understandable.
