Our method, before design

Study your competitors and searches related to your services

Before choosing a CMS or designing the homepage, we examine your offer, customers and the businesses they compare you with. The benchmark covers services, verifiable claims, contact or purchase journeys and missing information. National or international references can supplement direct competitors without being confused with your actual market.

We then investigate how customers express their needs. “Bathroom renovation quote” and “balayage booking [city]” illustrate very different intentions depending on the industry. Enquiries you have received and available data help confirm priorities; no search volume or commercial potential is invented to fill a site structure.

The result links each page to an offer, an audience, evidence and a measurable action. Selected KPIs may be useful enquiries, appointments or sales margin. The research is scoped in the quote. Page numbers follow the needs covered, rather than automatically multiplying industries and towns.

Your project · 01

Present your services, receive enquiries or sell online

Your website must let visitors understand what you do, where you work and how to contact you. Gloria remotely supports tradespeople, retailers and service businesses in France in creating a first website or bringing an existing one up to their needs. The project starts from your real activity: presenting a service, receiving an actionable enquiry, publishing your information or selling through a simple journey.

A garage needs to make its services and appointment options visible. A restaurant needs a menu readable on a phone. A professional firm needs to explain its work and filter enquiries. We choose content, forms and features based on these uses. A simple brochure website may suffice; administration or e-commerce becomes relevant when you really need to change data or take orders.

Your project · 02

Retain useful content, old URLs and tools during the redesign

Before rebuilding a website, we examine existing pages, recoverable content, useful addresses and connected tools. Accurate information is retained or reorganised; important old URLs are maintained or redirected. The scope depends on the website's condition and data access. A clean migration does not present the same difficulties as an old closed editor, a disorganised catalogue or a connection to industry software.

Your project · 03

Present an identifiable business and a useful contact route

We prepare the necessary places for your business identity, contact details, professional information and the notices you approve. The form asks for information useful to your reply, with accessible information about its use. You remain responsible for the facts, qualifications and commercial documents supplied. The aim is an understandable contact journey: service choice, service area and message, rather than a long questionnaire that discourages a simple enquiry.

Your project · 04

Review a website version and test links, mobile and forms

You send your information, available photos and the access needed for the project. We prepare a version for review, then consolidate the corrections included in the quote. Checks cover in particular mobile display, links, form delivery and the elements that enable website crawling. SEO rests on useful content and a sound technical foundation; neither a specific Google position nor an enquiry volume is promised.

Practical questions

Questions about the quote, content and website build

Does the price depend on the number of pages?

Pricing mainly depends on features, data to migrate and integrations. Several pages built on a coherent foundation can be simple to produce; a form connected to specific software may require more work. The quote defines what is included.

Can you create pages for my different service areas?

Yes, when those pages provide information specific to areas actually served: services, travel arrangements or authorised work examples. We avoid repeating the same text with different town names. Your contact details and location remain those of your business.

What should I prepare to get started?

A description of your services, accurate contact details, your service area and visual material you can use. For a redesign, add the website address and available access. We then specify missing content and the approvals needed before delivery.

Your industry

Websites for hair salons and plumbing companies

Booking and service selection for hairdressing; emergency work, service areas and planned-work enquiries for plumbing: two journeys to prepare according to your activity.

A project to examine

Example: highlight bathroom renovations on a tradesperson's website

Take a fictional example: a renovation company works mainly through recommendations but wants more enquiries for complete bathrooms. Its old website gives equal prominence to minor repairs, painting and renovations. Changing colours alone will not solve the problem: visitors must understand the new priority and see what the business actually handles.

We would organise a main page around these projects, with authorised work examples, the stages of the first conversation and information for assessing an enquiry. Repairs would remain accessible if still offered. Useful photos, pages and links from the old website would be examined before any deletion. You therefore retain the information already serving your customers while giving greater prominence to the work you want to develop.

This approach also suits a firm becoming more specialised or a retailer adding collection: the website's organisation follows changes in the business.

Present a stable offerBrochure website with direct contactQuality of available information and images
Regularly update prices and work examplesEditable pagesContent organisation and learning to use the system
Receive an enquiry in your softwareLink, form or connectionTool capabilities, access rights and error handling

A link to an already operational service may be enough. Automatically transferring information between two tools requires additional checks: which data is sent, who receives it and how can a failed transmission be identified? We distinguish this need from simply presenting services.

A large number of coherent pages therefore does not necessarily imply a difficult project. Conversely, a single booking linked to several teams can significantly change the scope.

Prepare useful content

Describe desired enquiries, completed work and your customers' questions

Before writing, choose a few enquiries you would like to receive and a few that waste your time. Remove their personal data, then describe what distinguishes them: service, area, client type or project preparation. This material produces more precise pages than a general keyword list.

  • A priority activity, including what you accept and what you do not offer.
  • An explained project: initial need, intervention and observable result, without invented commercial figures.
  • Questions you often answer before preparing a quote.
  • Documents and access available for a redesign, without sending a password in the first form.

We can then match each piece of information to a location: an explained photo on the service page, a detail in the form, a condition near the button or an answer on the practical information page. The text becomes a tool for preparing contact.

Before delivery

Test a quote enquiry on mobile, old URLs and updates

Reviewing is not just approving a mock-up. One journey starts from a specific service and must lead to an understandable enquiry on a phone. A second uses an old website address. A third simply looks for the business's contact details. These tests identify different obstacles.

For the chosen form, we plan a test with the required fields, an input error and confirmation of delivery. For administration, you test a representative change, such as a price or photo. The report distinguishes what has been tested from what depends on an external service.

Finally, you have a clear division of responsibilities: content to keep updated, any tool subscription, hosting and agreed maintenance. You continue to buy and renew your domain in your own account. These decisions make the website usable after launch, rather than merely presentable on delivery day.

Professional rules & implementation

Lawyers and notaries in France: different advertising rules

A lawyer's website and a notarial office's website do not follow the same rules. The RIN governs lawyers' communication; the French notarial regulations notably prohibit paid search. We therefore adapt channels, domain, evidence and contact journeys to the organisation's status.

The texts, articles and implications for the website are presented in our France reference guide for lawyers and notaries, with official sources including the Conseil national des barreaux — RIN, Title II.
