Our method, before design
Compare competing salons and searches for cuts, colour and balayage
We begin by observing comparable salons around your location: featured services, price explanations, hairstyle photographs, professional profiles and booking. More distant examples can inspire how to present a consultation or transformation, without copying their positioning or attributing unknown results to them. Your service menu and the appointments you want to develop remain the starting point.
“balayage [ville]” and “coiffeur cheveux bouclés [ville]” are, for example, hypotheses to examine if those services are genuinely provided. We distinguish inspiration searches, salon comparisons and booking intent. Selected terms must match the options in your calendar.
This research guides service pages, photographs to gather and explanations before the appointment. Tracking separates clicks to the calendar, confirmed bookings and attended appointments where those data are available. The analysis scope appears in the quote; it does not justify multiplying almost identical pages around the salon.

Cut or colour: two ways to guide clients towards booking
Choose a haircut and find the booking link
Visitors discover your style and services, then go to the relevant appointment. Photos and the service menu help them express what they want.
Prepare for colouring or balayage before the appointment
The page explains your approach, options and useful steps before booking. You can arrange initial contact when a consultation is necessary.
Scope
Service menu, booking and salon information
A service menu usable on mobile
Services in readable text, grouped according to your offer, with approved prices and details. A PDF can complement the menu without being the only way to view it.
Booking in the right place
A link to the right location and service where your tool allows it. An embedded module or custom connection is assessed separately before commitment.
Define who changes prices, photos and opening hours
For an editable package, we specify the content you can change: opening hours, service menu, team or photos. Checks cover those uses and links, without promising a Google position.

Connect your service menu to the right appointment
A “colour” section is not always enough to choose a slot. Depending on your actual menu, we distinguish root touch-ups, full colour, balayage or a consultation appointment. Example journey to build: someone views balayage, understands that a consultation may be needed, then accesses the corresponding service in your calendar. This example describes a possible function, not a client project. Durations and names are approved by your team.

Consistent prices on the website and in the salon
In France, the DGCCRF explains the rules for displaying salon prices. The website complements that information and presents your menu in euros including VAT, with package inclusions and surcharge conditions. Shampoo, treatments, cuts and styling must not appear included if you charge separately for them. For variable services, we explain what affects the price and how to obtain an estimate. Website updates remain coordinated with your menu and calendar.
Your project · 03
Encourage visits to your actual salon
Your own photographs show the space, work and team where they can be published. A practical-information page brings together the address, hours, access and appointment arrangements you confirm. If you provide home hairdressing, it instead presents your travel area and appointment preparation. We choose the journey suited to your actual activity: no extra salon or customer review will be invented to fill the website.
Your project · 04
Redesign without losing booking routes
We begin by identifying useful URLs, links shared in your materials and the booking account currently used. Retained pages keep their URLs where appropriate; planned moves are redirected. The prepared version is reviewed on mobile before publication. A simple form collects only the reason for contact and details needed to respond, with accessible data information, in accordance with the data minimisation principle highlighted by the CNIL.

Choose the website level that serves your salon
A simple brochure website starts at €290 excluding VAT; an editable website or standard redesign at €590 excluding VAT; a standard shop at €990 excluding VAT. A brochure website can direct people to your existing booking system. Editing your own menu may justify administration access. Selling products requires a genuine ordering journey. Advanced integrations, specific deposit arrangements or complex transfers are quoted individually. Pricing depends on functions and data to transfer, not automatic multiplication of a price per page.
Practical questions
Questions about booking, online sales, domains and hosting
Do I need to leave my appointment platform?
No. A button to your existing account may suffice and avoid a second calendar. We examine the tool's capabilities before proposing more. Its subscription, possible fees and booking rules remain separate from the website creation price.
Can I add gift-card sales?
Yes, after defining payment collection, delivery and use of the card. A link to an existing sales service can be simple; a shop with specific gift-card management or till integration is a separate scope, quoted individually.
Who manages the domain and hosting?
You buy and renew the domain through your own account. Help with the initial connection is planned. Hosting remains separate: your compatible account or an option managed by Gloria, with fees and services specified. Third-party subscriptions and maintenance after delivery are also defined separately.

Annotated example
From a balayage photograph to the right appointment
Someone discovers a transformation on your website and wants a similar colour effect. They know neither the exact technique nor the time required. If the only option is a general button to the calendar's entire service menu, they must work through the selection alone again.
In this fictional scenario, the page first explains the type of result your salon creates, using authorised photos. It clarifies what needs discussion before selecting a service, then directs visitors to a consultation or the appropriate service according to how you work. Visitors understand why this step exists and do not randomly book an unsuitable slot.
We prepare this journey with your team. Professional techniques, advice and assessment remain yours; the website simply helps people book the right first appointment and recognise the specialisms you want to highlight.
A service menu that makes choosing easy
What a service description should help people decide
Scroll the table horizontally to read all columns.
| Information | Value for your customer |
|---|---|
| Familiar name and short explanation | Recognise the service without mastering your terminology |
| Included stages | Know whether a cut, treatment or styling is included |
| Price and duration conditions | Understand what depends on a consultation or hair length |
| Next action | Choose between direct booking and a preliminary conversation |
This description does not require a separate page for every price line. Related services can remain grouped; an important specialism deserves more explanation and examples. The aim is to make choosing easier without artificially lengthening your menu.
During the redesign, we compare this menu with the one in your calendar. Two different names for the same service create hesitation that a few well-placed lines can prevent.
Help your salon stand out
Show cuts, techniques and results in an annotated gallery
Choose work representative of the services you want to develop. For each example, prepare a short description: the initial request, work completed and aftercare advice you agree to publish. Images must belong to you or be used with permission; the person photographed must also have approved the intended use.
The selection can show several textures, lengths or styles your team genuinely works with. It does not need to imitate a luxury salon if your strength is a family-friendly welcome and a simple menu. The space, team and welcome matter as much as dramatic transformations.
For an editable salon website, we can organise the gallery by service and define a process for adding images. You then know what information to supply with a new photo instead of publishing isolated images that do not help people choose a service.
Test before launch
Test a haircut, colour consultation and old booking link
The first test follows a regular customer who wants to find her haircut and the right location quickly. The second follows a new customer interested in colour work requiring a conversation. The third starts from an old link shared on your social networks or business listing. Each must lead to the planned journey.
We examine service names, the mobile transition to the booking tool and information visible before confirmation. If the software does not support a direct service link, the website can explain what to select. A contact form must not announce a confirmed appointment.
More advanced integration, deposits or gift vouchers are assessed according to the chosen service's capabilities and your rules. The quote distinguishes these functions from the brochure website. This clarity lets you retain one authoritative calendar and develop the website without disrupting the salon.
