Our method, before design
Salon benchmarking and keywords: cuts, colour, balayage and neighbourhood
Before design, we compare genuine competing salons, local results and useful examples of service and booking explanations. The benchmark particularly examines specialisms, transparent conditions and team presentation. Your menu, skills, available slots and appointments you want to develop guide priorities according to their value.
“Balayage hairdresser [town]”, “curly haircut” and “wedding hair” are possibilities to check against what the salon offers. We distinguish a local search from a specific technical expectation, without inventing specialisms or availability. Selected keywords must be supported by a real service.
The analysis structures pages, examples and booking links, using authorised photographs of the team and your work. We track completed bookings, selected services and relevant enquiries rather than visits alone. Targeted areas remain consistent with your location. The quote specifies the extent of benchmarking and research; a standard creation offer does not include an unlimited audit of every hair trend.

In practice
Book a haircut or plan a colour project
A new haircut
Visitors discover your style and services, then go to the relevant appointment. Photos and the service menu help them express what they want.
A colour project
The page explains your approach, options and useful steps before booking. You can arrange initial contact when a consultation is necessary.
Your starting point
Creation or redesign: content, functions and transfer of old pages
Creation: organise pages, content and contact
For a new website, we start with your service menu, photographs and booking process. The website can remain a simple brochure site or allow some content editing. The choice depends on your update needs, not an arbitrary page count.
Redesign: transfer content and redirect old pages
For a redesign, we identify information that is still correct, old URLs to retain and booking links to maintain. We rework confusing content and check the journey through to the right tool. A new design must not send customers to a former location or old account.
Useful functions
Service menu, booking and salon updates
Services with duration, price and preliminary consultation
Services can be grouped by need, with the prices and conditions you approve. Where a salon consultation is needed, this is explained before booking. Extras and services quoted individually are not hidden behind an ambiguous entry-level price.
Link to your calendar and the selected service
A button can lead to your existing booking tool, the right address and the right location. We check that link within the delivered journey. The external service, its availability rules and subscription remain separate from website creation.
Update opening hours, prices and staff absences
If you want to change opening hours, certain prices or team members, an editable website may be suitable. We define what you can change and how it is presented. A short training session covers those specific uses rather than every possible function of the software.
Practical questions
Questions about content, tools and website creation
Do I need to change my booking tool?
No, if it suits your salon. We can direct visitors to your existing account. A more advanced integration requires checks of the tool's capabilities and cost. No booking subscription is included simply because a button appears on the website.
Can I offer gift cards?
A gift card presented on the website can link to your existing sales system. If you want to take payment and manage orders through a new shop, the project falls within e-commerce. Payment, delivery and use of cards are then scoped separately.
Which package suits my salon?
A brochure website starts at €290 excluding VAT and an editable version or standard redesign at €590 excluding VAT. A standard shop starts at €990 excluding VAT. The choice depends on functions and transfer of existing content; the domain, subscriptions and external services remain separate.

Build the journey
Help customers choose a cut, colour service or consultation before booking
A salon menu becomes more useful when each name explains who the service is for. For colour, the description can distinguish maintenance of an existing colour, transformation and consultation appointments according to your practices. For a haircut, it specifies included elements: consultation, shampoo, styling or another combination actually offered. A variable price should include the criterion affecting it rather than an isolated “from”. The structure then connects each family to comparable work. A balayage photo links to the corresponding service; it does not automatically lead to a haircut booking.
A concrete example
Example: offering a consultation before a colour transformation
Take a fictional example: a customer discovers a photograph of light hair while she currently has dark colour. She opens the project example, understands the starting point and salon's choices, then views the colour-transformation page. If this service requires a preliminary conversation, the website offers the appropriate consultation instead of a slot that is too short. She then knows what to prepare and how the next step will be confirmed. This journey respects how you work: the website does not turn photographic inspiration into a promise of identical results.
The first enquiry
Colour form: desired result, current hair and optional photograph
A colour-project form can ask for the desired service, a brief situation description and a contact method. An optional photo should be offered only if you can actually review it; defining formats and what happens to the file forms part of planning. For a regular haircut already available to book, this form would be an unnecessary detour. We therefore separate requests for advice from standard appointments. The confirmation states whether a message has been received or a slot actually booked, without confusing the two states.
Define the budget
Booking link, embedded calendar or custom system: budget differences
If your current calendar manages services and staff, a link to the right category may suffice. An embedded module lets people remain on the website but requires checks of readability, keyboard operation and cookie behaviour. Custom booking must manage durations, availability, changes and notifications: that scope is priced separately. We also check who will update the menu. Multiplying haircut pages does not add that complexity; synchronising several calendars does.
Prepare and check
Prepare the service menu, hairstyle photographs and booking links
Prepare the menu used in the salon, exact links to bookable services, cases requiring a consultation and a few authorised photos with context. A haircut by your team must be distinguished from an atmospheric image. Identify who approves prices and who updates absences and closures.
Before delivery, we follow the journeys of a new customer and a regular. The right service must reach the right calendar; returning to the website must remain possible. We also check an unavailable service, a price change and gallery display on a small screen.
A redesign must also preserve the destinations of old links used in your messages or business listing. We record URLs already shared for the menu and booking before changing the structure. A deleted URL should lead to an equivalent answer where one exists. For updates, a useful exercise is removing a service, changing a price and adding completed work without breaking this journey. A short guide can record image dimensions and required information to keep entries consistent.
