Website creation and redesign for an event agency
Event agency website: projects, services and quote requests
Your events are visual, but future clients need to understand much more than the décor. What was your role? Which audience, format and constraints were involved? Gloria creates or redesigns your event agency’s website to connect completed work with services and make an initial brief easier. A communications manager can identify your expertise and prepare a useful conversation with your team.

Our method, before design
Agency benchmark and keywords: seminar, convention and product launch
Before designing the website, we compare agencies responding to the same briefs, local results and relevant event-industry references. We examine how they present their role, formats and projects. Your positioning then depends on the events actually organised, territories covered, production capacity and the value of projects sought.
‘Corporate seminar agency Lyon’, ‘professional opening-event organisation’ and ‘corporate event agency’ are avenues to check against your actual area. We examine intent, visible pages and fit with your offer before selecting keywords; demand is not inferred from an attractive phrase.
This study guides service pages, authorised examples and the briefing form. Your photographs show your actual work, with the necessary rights. We track relevant briefs, proposals and awarded projects. The quote sets deliverables and benchmark depth: detailed market research is not included without limits in a basic website build.
The benefit for your business
Documented projects, event formats and quote requests
- Turn your photographs into case studies explaining the context, decisions and your actual role.
- Guide each visitor towards the event formats you actually organise.
- Receive an initial brief with the date, participants and objective, without exposing confidential information.
Your website in practice
Present your event formats, clients and areas of operation
A conference organiser, a seminar agency and a wedding specialist do not address the same expectations. We clarify the formats you offer, the clients you support and the limits of your involvement. Visitors should quickly understand whether you handle complete organisation, concept development, technical production or a specific part of the project.
This precision also gives your images meaning. A spectacular evening can demonstrate production capacity, but it does not show who designed the programme, selected the venue or managed participants. The website links each service to authorised examples and describes what you handle directly, what goes through partners and what remains the client’s responsibility.
We avoid wording that promises everything to everyone. An agency working remotely across several territories can explain its method and travel arrangements without displaying nonexistent offices. Requirements around lead time, project size and availability can be presented simply: they help prospects choose the right provider before sending an enquiry.

Create service pages connected to your completed projects
The homepage presents your positioning, a few representative projects and access to the brief. Service pages then detail the formats actually offered: seminar, convention, launch, evening event or another confirmed speciality. Each page explains possible objectives, stages, what is handled and the information needed to proceed.
The portfolio can be filtered by format when its size justifies it. Case studies link to the relevant services; conversely, a service shows relevant completed projects. This connection helps buyers move from ‘This looks successful’ to ‘This team can handle a project like mine’. Photographs retain their place, accompanied by context.
A page about your method presents the contacts, approvals and project process. The team presentation shows real people and their responsibilities. Contact remains available from case studies, with the viewed project included if useful for the conversation. This architecture can grow as publication permissions become available, without creating empty pages for every imaginable format.

Event case study: objective, constraints, decisions and the agency’s role
We build case studies from approved information, not a list of superlatives. Readers should understand the problem posed and the choices you made. Participant numbers, timings and results are published only when accurate, useful and authorised.
On a small screen, scroll the table horizontally.
| Element | What it helps explain | To check before publication |
|---|---|---|
| Context and objective | The need the event was intended to address. | The client’s approval of the information disclosed. |
| Agency scope | Your responsibility in delivering the project. | Partners’ roles and necessary credits. |
| Decisions explained | Why this format, journey or organisation was chosen. | No sensitive elements of the brief. |
| Photographs and review | The completed project and documented lessons. | Rights relating to published visuals, people and data. |
A confidential engagement can be described anonymously if your contractual agreement permits it. Without permission, it does not enter the public portfolio. A few precise case studies are preferable to client logos used without context or permission.

Example: a business prepares its next seminar
Fictional situation illustrating how the website works. A communications manager is looking for an agency to bring her teams together for two days. She lands on the seminar page and discovers the proposed stages: examining the objective, planning the organisation, preparation and coordination. An illustrative case study shows how a programme can alternate group work and informal moments, with a description of the agency’s role.
She can then compare the services with her needs. The website specifies whether you handle venue sourcing, logistics, facilitation or supplier coordination. She opens the brief and enters a period, an approximate participant count, the proposed area and the main objective. A field lets her indicate that a venue is already booked.
Your first conversation can then focus on useful decisions: flexibility over dates, transport, programme pace and available budget. The website does not produce a supposedly exact price from three choices. It helps both sides determine whether the project fits your scope and prepare a realistic proposal.

Event photographs: show spaces, organisation and atmosphere
An event portfolio needs photographs large enough to show atmosphere and execution. We select complementary views: overall layout, circulation, staging, details and teams at work where publication is authorised. A short caption explains what deserves attention; it does not merely repeat the city name.
Videos can complement a case study, but should not dominate the screen or require heavy loading before services can be accessed. A cover image with optional playback is often suitable. Important information remains available as text: visitors should be able to compare your offer without playing sound, particularly at work or on public transport.
We distinguish photographs of your projects from images used for a website demonstration. The fictional examples on this page are not client references. For your agency, permissions from clients, photographers and the people concerned are examined before publication. Internal documents, participant lists and confidential logistical details stay off public pages.

Form: event, date, participants and organiser contact details
The form collects the organisation, name, a way to respond, event type, date or period and approximate participant count. Area and objective help check your ability to deliver. Budget can be offered as ranges if useful to you, with a ‘To be defined’ answer; visitors should not have to invent an amount to speak with you.
We limit collection to the first conversation. A named participant list, medical requirements or a confidential product launch should not be submitted through this public form. A short notice asks people to keep sensitive information for the channel agreed with the agency. An attachment is added only if your process needs it, with appropriate restrictions and storage.
Anti-spam protection, server-side validation and readable errors are planned. The confirmation acknowledges receipt of a brief without reserving a date or guaranteeing a service. Recipients are defined with you and the delivery route is tested. The form should support sales work without becoming another source of scattered documents.

Portfolio, form and registration tools: functions to plan
A service presentation, editable portfolio and form may cover the main need. An editable website becomes relevant if you regularly publish new case studies. A connection to a sales tool can help transfer enquiries with their source and context, provided your team actually uses it.
Invitation management, participant registration, ticketing and private areas are separate services. They involve specific data, access and responsibilities. We distinguish the website selling the agency’s services from a platform operating an event. The latter must not be advertised as a function included by default in a brochure website.
The quote specifies standard elements and necessary integrations. Complexity mainly depends on connections, processes and migrations; adding a case study does not automatically trigger a new per-page charge. To compare website levels, see our prices and scopes. Any external-tool fees are presented separately.

Redesign: preserve project case studies and test quote requests
During a redesign, we list existing published services and case studies, their addresses and shared links. Useful case studies retain their authorised content. A changed address receives a permanent redirect to its relevant new destination. A completed old campaign is not automatically sent to the homepage; its treatment depends on the value of its case study and whether a replacement exists.
The final check reproduces a buyer’s journey: identify your speciality, view a comparable project, understand your role and submit a brief from a phone. We check galleries, links, credits, forms and redirects. You approve project information and publication rights. A spectacular image must not leave an important service impossible to find.
Handover includes a method for adding a case study and removing content whose permission changes. After launch, received enquiries help examine which formats genuinely interest visitors. These observations guide future improvements; they do not justify promising contract volumes or Google positions before reliable data is available.
Domain, hosting & maintenance
Who manages the website after handover?
You register and renew the domain name
You register, pay for and renew your domain name directly. Gloria connects it to the website initially as part of launch. The registrar account and renewal reminders remain under your control. Subsequent one-off assistance can be quoted separately.
Hosting and maintenance: options and prices to specify
You can retain compatible hosting or choose hosting managed by Gloria at an additional cost. The quote specifies recurring costs, backups, updates, included interventions and exit terms. Subscriptions to booking tools, platforms or paid extensions are identified before commitment.
Practical questions
Questions about functionality and website creation
Can we create a useful website with few publishable references?
Yes. We can develop your services, method and project preparation stages in more detail. A few authorised, precise case studies are preferable to invented references. Demonstrations remain explicitly fictional.
Can the website manage registration for our events?
That is possible within a separate scope using a suitable tool. Your agency’s commercial website does not automatically include ticketing, participant lists, private areas or access control.
Should we display prices for event services?
That depends on your offer. Standardised formats can display an explicit scope and price. For bespoke projects, explaining cost factors and collecting a brief is preferable to providing an incomplete automatic amount.
