Personal trainer websites: packages, prices and appointment booking

Our method, before design

Trainer benchmarking and keyword research by goal, audience and session location

We begin with comparable trainers, search results in your area and examples that clearly present different coaching formats. The benchmark examines how understandable the offer is, session locations and evidence of professional credentials. Your availability, qualifications, audiences and the value of your programmes then determine content priorities.

“Personal trainer at home [town]”, “personal training for beginners” and “coached running preparation” are possibilities to validate against your skills and services. We check what people search for and what the results show. No keyword justifies a guaranteed physical outcome or an unfounded medical promise.

The website distinguishes sessions, coaching programmes and contact arrangements, with authorised authentic photographs rather than invented transformations. KPIs track relevant initial conversations, completed sessions and programmes started. We adapt pages to the locations you genuinely cover without multiplying artificial variations. The quote states the extent of competitor and keyword analysis, separately from a complete market study, which is not automatically included.

The benefit for your business

Coaching goals, package comparison and first appointment

  • Understandable packages for choosing between individual, small-group and video sessions.
  • A concrete introduction to the trainer and how coaching works.
  • An initial conversation that is easy to request without an intrusive medical form.

Your website in practice

Present the people you coach, their goals and session locations

Someone discovering your business is not simply choosing a discipline. They are looking for a trainer whose organisation, approach and hours fit their everyday life. Together, we define the audiences and formats you actually serve: individual coaching, small groups, workplace sessions or remote sessions. Your website presents these choices from the outset, without promising the same physical transformation for everyone.

Visitors should know where sessions take place, how long they last, how the programme is prepared and what happens between appointments. A professional portrait, verified qualifications and images representative of your practice make this introduction concrete. We add no certification, specialism or availability you have not confirmed.

Your distinctive qualities may come from your teaching approach, setting, equipment or organisation. They deserve illustrated explanations rather than a string of motivational slogans. The website encourages contact while helping people understand whether your coaching suits them. Personal health matters stay outside the public enquiry form.

The quote confirms the scope before commitment. The client registers and renews the domain; initial connection is included. Choose hosting on your own account or hosting managed by Gloria, at an additional cost. E-commerce platform, applications and payment fees are not included.

These starting prices cover standard configurations. The quote specifies the selected functions, data migrations and integrations. There is no automatic surcharge per page: a synchronised schedule, stock management or a private area may require more work than a set of presentation pages.

Compare packages: duration, location, participants and support between sessions

A list of standalone prices does not help people choose. Each package should explain what it includes, session duration, location, number of participants and any communication provided between appointments. The table clarifies the offer; its content is adapted to your practice and does not assume that you offer every format.

On a small screen, scroll the table horizontally.

Useful information for distinguishing coaching options
FormatVisitor's questionInformation to display
Individual in-person sessionWhere and how does the session take place?Location, duration, equipment and included support
Small groupWith how many people?Group size, session level and schedule
Video sessionWhat do I need to prepare at home?Space, equipment, video tool and time zone
WorkplaceHow do we organise a session?Location, participants, time slot and tailored proposal

We also make your booking, rescheduling and cancellation terms visible. A monthly offer is not presented as a single session. A discount or introductory session appears only if it exists, with its conditions. Precision reduces misunderstandings before you invest time in the first conversation.

Example: a trainer dividing her time between home visits and video sessions

Illustrative design scenario. A trainer makes home visits within a defined area and offers a few video appointments. Enquiries currently arrive through private messages, often without a town or preferred time. The website can organise the initial contact without trying to automate the entire relationship.

An In-person page explains the area covered and practical requirements: space needed, equipment brought along and arrangements for the first session. A Video sessions page describes remote coaching, the equipment required and how to connect. Both pages present the same professional but address different constraints. Photographs show the relevant setting, with an illustration label when they do not come from her own sessions.

The main button leads to an initial conversation. The form asks for the preferred format, the town for in-person sessions, availability windows and preferred response method. It asks for no weight, medical history, injury details or body photographs. The trainer then checks suitability and suggests a slot. If automatic booking is added, the schedule must allow travel time between homes and block incompatible slots.

Create pages introducing the trainer, coaching options and session structure

The homepage presents your approach and routes to your offers. The Trainer page explains your background, confirmed qualifications and how you conduct a session. Service pages detail a format or audience when that difference genuinely changes the coaching. An FAQ answers practical questions you frequently receive: equipment, the first session, booking and travel.

Local pages must remain useful. A clearly described service area may be enough if the offer is identical in several neighbouring towns. A real base or particular meeting place can justify a dedicated page with directions, hours and photographs. We do not create fictional premises or a series of town pages that merely repeat the same text.

Advice content can demonstrate your teaching approach, but it must stay within your expertise and be reviewed by you. A commercial website does not need a catalogue of weight-loss promises to show your value. Explanations of organisation, regular appointments, communication and preparation for the first session are already very useful when deciding.

From a simple appointment to a coaching platform: choose the right level

A form requesting an initial conversation is often the simplest starting point. It suits you if you want to understand the enquiry before proposing coaching. A connected calendar can then allow people to book slots you have deliberately made available. We check durations, gaps between appointments and rescheduling terms before presenting a booking as confirmed.

Paying for one session, buying a session bundle and taking out an automatically renewing subscription are three different scopes. Rules for use, expiry, refunds and access must be defined before integration. A link to a tool you already use can avoid rebuilding a reliable system. We examine the account, its recurring costs and compatibility together.

An area with individual programmes, videos, progress tracking and messaging is a larger project. It requires decisions about access, data, backups and support. These functions are priced separately based on the actual work. Adding a page explaining your coaching is not the same amount of work as developing a private area for your clients.

Form: session format, town and availability

The website can offer a few clear fields: first name or name, contact details for a reply, desired format, town if travel is involved and general availability. An optional free-text field allows a question. We state that medical data should not be shared in this initial enquiry. The form does not need to reproduce a health assessment simply to let someone get in touch.

Protection against automated submissions combines appropriate checks and server-side validation. Field lengths are limited, error messages remain understandable and data is not publicly exposed. A link to information about data processing explains how contact details are used. Any later marketing is not hidden within acceptance of an enquiry.

The confirmation message states what actually happened: enquiry received, appointment booked or payment completed. It specifies the next step and a contact option if there is a problem. If coaching requires further information, you collect it afterwards in the appropriate setting. A demonstration photograph or fictional testimonial does not simulate trust: only genuine authorised reviews may be presented as such.

Transfer your existing website and links without breaking access to sessions

A redesign begins by identifying your pages, forms and connected tools. Instagram links, email signatures, professional profiles and QR codes may still point to an old package. We retain useful URLs where possible. If a page moves, its permanent redirect leads to the equivalent service, and the journey is checked.

A withdrawn offer is not automatically replaced by a different promise. We explain the change where an alternative exists and avoid sending every link to the homepage. Articles still answering a relevant question are reviewed and incorporated into the new internal linking. Outdated services, locations and hours are corrected.

The calendar, payments and client access are inventoried separately from content. Changing the design should not interrupt sessions already booked. Migrating a tool requires a specific plan for appointments and notifications. We prepare a backup and a way to return to the previous version before switching over, then check the main links on a phone.

Test the first enquiry, video session and existing client access

Acceptance testing follows someone discovering your business: understand the offer, identify the location, check the arrangements and then contact you. A second scenario tests video sessions and a third tests a returning client looking for their usual tool. These journeys reveal missing information before the assessment focuses only on colours or animations.

We check package readability, booking links, error messages and mobile functionality. If a calendar is connected, unavailable slots, time-zone changes and cancellations are tested according to the agreed scope. A confirmation must not announce an accepted session if you still need to approve it.

If you choose an editable website, you learn how to change a package, your availability or an image without introducing inconsistencies. Update responsibilities are specified. To evaluate the website, we can distinguish enquiries received, initial conversations held and coaching programmes started using your tools. Website creation does not guarantee future bookings; improvement decisions are based on this monitoring and feedback from the people you coach.

Domain, hosting & maintenance

Who manages the website after handover?

You register and renew the domain name

You register, pay for and renew your domain name directly. Gloria connects it to the website initially as part of launch. The registrar account and renewal reminders remain under your control. Subsequent one-off assistance can be quoted separately.

Hosting and maintenance: options and prices to specify

You can retain compatible hosting or choose hosting managed by Gloria at an additional cost. The quote specifies recurring costs, backups, updates, included interventions and exit terms. Subscriptions to booking tools, platforms or paid extensions are identified before commitment.

Practical questions

Questions about functionality and website creation

Is Instagram enough to present my coaching?

It can remain an important channel. A website provides a stable address where people can find your offers, method, locations and contact options without scrolling through your posts. The two can complement one another, with links to the right service rather than only to the homepage.

Do I need a members' area from the start?

Only if its purpose is defined. A brochure website may be enough to present your sessions and organise an initial conversation. Private programmes, messaging or individual tracking require a separate scope and decisions about access and retained information.

Can I offer video coaching abroad?

The website can explain a remote offer and display a clear time zone. Before selling in a new country, you must confirm that your activity, qualifications and commercial terms are suitable for that market. We do not create a false local presence.
