Website creation and redesign for kitchen designers

Kitchen designer website: showcase your kitchens and prepare showroom appointments

Visitors need to recognise a project similar to theirs, understand your role in the work and prepare an initial discussion. Gloria creates or redesigns your website around your completed projects, ranges and the way you design and install kitchens.

  • Present installed kitchens with their context and the choices made.
  • Gather the project, its timing and questions before the appointment.
  • Distinguish showroom visits, quotes issued and orders signed.

Simple brochure website from €290 excluding VAT · Standard CMS / redesign from €590 excluding VAT.

Content and functionality

Study competitors and searches: fitted kitchens, renovation and showrooms

We begin with your actual services: design only, supply, installation, replacement doors, complete fit-out or coordination of building work. Brands distributed, travel area and your network’s constraints define what the website should present. A business installing complete kitchens should not mainly receive requests to replace a handle.

The benchmark compares independent kitchen designers, chains and interior fit-out businesses addressing the same projects. We examine galleries, price explanations, forms and the stages announced after contact. We focus particularly on unanswered questions: who takes measurements, what installation includes and how renovation works in an occupied home.

Keyword research then starts with those services: “kitchen designer + town”, “flat kitchen renovation”, “kitchen with installation” or “kitchen showroom by appointment” are avenues to verify. We distinguish inspiration searches, comparison of professionals and intent to visit. The quote specifies research depth; no volume or sales potential is invented. The page plan must connect each search with an offer you actually provide.

Content and functionality

Present a completed kitchen with its constraints, materials and your contribution

A gallery of beautiful kitchens provides ideas but does not always explain why people should choose your business. For each selected project, we propose a page describing the original room, occupants’ needs, main choices and your exact contribution. Designing the layout, supplying cabinets and coordinating the whole site represent different commitments.

Readers can understand why storage was moved, how a corner was used or why a material was selected. You approve these technical explanations. Detail photos show the doors, equipment and finishes actually delivered; a 3D rendering remains identified as a projection.

Selection by project type helps more than a long sequence of images without context: small room, open-plan kitchen, renovation or new build, according to your available projects. Published budgets are dated and accompanied by their scope. A price excluding appliances does not become the price of a fully equipped kitchen. We prepare mobile image formats and useful captions with publication permissions. Private customers’ names and addresses need not appear to prove a project is real.

The quote confirms the scope before commitment. The client registers and renews the domain; initial connection is included. Choose hosting on your own account or hosting managed by Gloria, at an additional cost. E-commerce platform, applications and payment fees are not included.

These starting prices cover standard configurations. The quote specifies the selected functions, data migrations and integrations. There is no automatic surcharge per page: a synchronised schedule, stock management or a private area may require more work than a set of presentation pages.

Example: prepare an appointment to renovate a kitchen without knowing exact dimensions

Fictional example: a couple wants to replace an enclosed kitchen in a flat. They do not yet know whether to retain the layout and have no dimensioned plan. On the website, they view a comparable renovation, understand that feasibility will be examined with the professional and choose “prepare an appointment”.

The initial form asks for the town, property type, intended uses and indicative timing. A budget range can be offered with a “to be defined” response. Visitors can add photos without their absence preventing contact. The summary clarifies that this is an appointment request, not a quote or technical approval.

The designer receives the same information in an actionable order. They can request a sketch before the visit, propose another time or explain that some work requires an additional specialist. The next steps remain human. A sufficiently defined project can progress to measurement and a proposal; an exploratory project receives appropriate explanations. The intended benefit is a better-prepared discussion, not automatic rejection of people who do not yet know every measurement.

Content and functionality

Pages and documents to plan for your showroom and kitchen projects

The quote lists the selected content and features. This framework prepares the work and prevents a beautiful homepage concealing missing information at the point of contact.

On a small screen, scroll the table horizontally.

Supplier instructions and copyrighted catalogues are not reproduced automatically. We use content you are authorised to distribute. Missing elements are flagged before publication: explaining a range with your own samples is preferable to presenting someone else’s photograph as your work.

Content and functionality

Ask for the town, timing and intended uses before detailed measurements

The initial form should help your team prepare the discussion. It may ask for project type, town, stage of consideration, habits to account for and a reply method. For timing, we distinguish a preferred installation date from a firm moving deadline. These two indications call for different discussions.

Area and dimensions remain approximate at this stage. The website does not imply that visitor-supplied measurements are enough to order a kitchen. A question about equipment to retain may be relevant; an exhaustive list of technical references often discourages first contact without making it more actionable.

The budget is presented as a basis for discussion, with possible inclusions: cabinets, appliances, installation or associated work. You choose categories matching your business. We provide a clear confirmation and a destination for after-sales requests, which must not be mixed with new projects. If the form connects to a CRM, the quote specifies transmitted fields, assignment to the right designer and error handling. Receipt of a message never means a slot or installation date is confirmed.

Content and functionality

Choose between a brochure website, calendar, range catalogue and design software connection

A brochure website can present projects and gather enquiries without offering a detailed catalogue. A CMS becomes useful when you regularly add kitchens, change showroom hours or present a new range. This choice depends on the independence you want and update frequency.

An external calendar can be connected by a link; integrated booking requires checking designers’ availability, appointment duration, absences and confirmations. A filterable catalogue adds a structure of ranges, finishes and media to maintain. These specific features are described and priced in the quote.

Connection to design software, a CRM or document area is studied separately. We check exchange capabilities and reuse rights before announcing synchronisation. A 3D configurator is not implicitly included in a presentation website: it requires its own rules, data and approvals. For a redesign, we retain useful projects, relevant old addresses and still-valid contacts. Removed pages are examined individually to avoid sending all old traffic to the homepage.

Content and functionality

Protect plans and limit access to prospect records

Attachments may contain information about a home’s interior. If uploads are selected, we scope accepted formats, maximum size, storage and people authorised to view documents. Received plans must not become accessible in a public gallery or indexed alongside marketing photos.

Administration accounts are individual and role-appropriate: publishing a project does not require changing website settings or viewing every record. The maintenance scope specifies updates and backups. The form includes server-side checks and protection against automated submissions appropriate to the journey.

An AI assistant may help categorise enquiries or prepare draft replies. It must not independently approve layout feasibility, set a commercial commitment or send plans to an unplanned service. Data use, review and service charges are scoped before integration. We favour operation your team understands, with a way to find an enquiry and correct its assignment.

Content and functionality

Test enquiries, then track attended appointments, quotes and margin

Acceptance testing follows several situations: a visitor without a plan, a project outside the area, a fully booked slot and an after-sales request. We check displayed messages, the mobile journey, input errors and document access rights. You verify that a designer can process received information and that confirmations match your organisation.

Before launch, we define indicators: actionable enquiries, appointments proposed and attended, quotes issued, orders and reasons for lost business. Clicks on a number or calendar remain stages; they are not counted as kitchens sold. Sales tracking can use a simple spreadsheet or a CRM connection quoted separately.

To assess the investment, compare website, advertising and enquiry-handling costs with the margin on relevant orders over a period consistent with your sales cycle. A prospect discovered online may also have been referred by a previous customer. The stated source helps understand the journey without proving an additional sale by itself. These observations guide the next improvement: a better detailed project, an explanation of installation or a simpler appointment journey that is too often abandoned.

After handover

Domain in your name, hosting and maintenance defined in the quote

You register and renew your domain

The domain name is registered on your account. You pay for and renew it directly; Gloria connects it to the website initially as part of launch. You retain control of the account and renewal reminders. Subsequent one-off assistance can be quoted separately.

You choose who hosts and maintains the website

You can retain compatible hosting or choose hosting managed by Gloria at an additional cost. The quote specifies recurring costs, backups, updates, included interventions and exit terms. Software subscriptions, paid extensions and marketing support are identified separately.

Practical questions

Questions about appointments, plans and kitchen ranges

Can the website be created before we have many photographed kitchens?

Yes. We can start with a few well-documented projects, genuinely available ranges and a clear showroom presentation. Inspiration images are identified as such. A CMS then allows your own projects to be published progressively with the necessary permissions.

Can we display a kitchen price or budget simulator?

A price can be presented with its date and exact scope. A simulator requires approved rules: inclusions, exclusions, uncertainties and the next step. It is priced separately and replaces neither measurement, technical assessment nor your quote.

Our network already requires a national website: what can be improved?

We start with the possibilities permitted by the network. A local page, showroom-specific projects or appointment journey may be more relevant than a second competing website. Access, brand use and content must be clarified before creation.

Are plans and design software included in website creation?

No. The website can present your method and gather an enquiry. Plan production and design software remain your professional tools. A technical connection, customer portal or 3D feature receives its own scope and price.
