Cleaning company website: services, contracts and quote requests
A property manager is not looking for the same thing as a private customer preparing a property inspection. Gloria creates or redesigns your website to show the premises you clean, explain what your services include and enable an appropriate enquiry. You gain a sales resource prospects can consult before calling; your team begins the discussion with useful information about the need, frequency and area.

Clean offices, with maintenance organised around your business.
Regular cleaning, deep cleaning and window cleaning: describe your premises to prepare a visit and receive an appropriate proposal.

Our method, before design
Cleaning industry benchmark and keywords: offices, apartment buildings and post-construction cleaning
The project begins with a benchmark of competing cleaning companies, their local presence and examples explaining the scope of services. We examine the distinction between regular maintenance and one-off work. Your teams, equipment, areas and desired contract types determine which pages to prioritise, taking their value and your follow-up capacity into account.
“Office cleaning [town]”, “post-construction cleaning” and “communal area cleaning” are possibilities to check against search results and available data. We retain only services you actually offer; specialist protocols are not added merely because they seem commercially promising.
The analysis leads to pages explaining premises covered, frequency, preparation and quote criteria. Authorised photos show the team, equipment or real work without exposing customer information. We track enquiries within your scope, visits and contracts accepted. The quote specifies the depth of competitor and keyword research; a standard website package does not cover an unlimited study of every business sector.
The benefit for your business
Cleaning services, frequency and area provided before the visit
- Present regular maintenance and one-off services separately, with their limitations.
- Receive the approximate area, frequency and town before proposing a visit.
- Give business buyers concrete information about your organisation and follow-up.

Present the premises cleaned: offices, shops, apartment buildings or homes
A cleaning website becomes more persuasive when its offer matches a specific customer base. If you want to develop office and retail work, the first page should show how you organise visits, communication with the site manager and any replacement staff. If your business mainly serves private customers, questions focus more on planned tasks, products, the first visit and options to change frequency.
We determine with you which services to emphasise and which deserve a secondary page. This hierarchy also supports your organisation: a company no longer accepting one-off cleaning can say so before receiving enquiries it will not pursue. A new activity can be presented without inventing past customers or references.
Evidence should help people choose: an authorised team photograph, an explained quality-control method, an example service scope and the contact person’s details. A promise of “impeccable quality” alone does not answer the customer’s practical question: who should they contact if a visit needs adjusting? The website can provide that answer from the outset.

The quote confirms the scope before commitment. The client registers and renews the domain; initial connection is included. Choose hosting on your own account or hosting managed by Gloria, at an additional cost. E-commerce platform, applications and payment fees are not included.
These starting prices cover standard configurations. The quote specifies the selected functions, data migrations and integrations. There is no automatic surcharge per page: a synchronised schedule, stock management or a private area may require more work than a set of presentation pages.

Create a page for each type of premises and cleaning service
The homepage provides an overview and quickly directs visitors to the right premises type. An office page explains frequency, possible hours and tasks usually discussed. The apartment-building page describes communal areas, coordination with the property manager and additional services. Deep cleaning covers the initial condition, handover date and any need for a visit. We separate these pages only when you actually offer those services.
Each page connects the need with an action: request a visit, describe one-off work or ask for a callback. Visitors should not have to complete a general form after already selecting their service. The selection can be passed to the form to continue the same journey.
Geographical coverage is presented from your actual travel area and organisation. An additional local page must provide a relevant case, access conditions or service information specific to that area. Changing a town name in identical text gives no additional reason to choose you. Local SEO work begins with this consistency between your services, area and public business information.

Regular maintenance or one-off cleaning: what information should you request?
The right form depends on what your team can decide remotely. Floor area alone cannot support a reliable price if the premises’ condition, access and service level are unknown. Here is a starting framework to adapt to your operation.
On a small screen, scroll the table horizontally.
| Need | Useful information at first contact | Next step explained |
|---|---|---|
| Office maintenance | Town, approximate area, desired frequency and hours | Discussion, then a visit if needed before a proposal |
| One-off deep cleaning | Premises type, general condition, deadline and services expected | Checking scope and availability |
| Regular cleaning in a private home | Area, frequency, rooms concerned and possible time slots | Initial discussion to clarify tasks and terms |
A “Book” button is appropriate only if customers can actually select a confirmed service and time slot. When your team must assess access or check the schedule, “Request a visit” better describes what will happen. This distinction prevents a simple enquiry being mistaken for a commitment by your business.

Example: prepare a visit for office maintenance
Fictional situation illustrating the journey. An administrative manager needs a provider for offices occupied during the day. She knows their approximate area, wants several visits per week and needs toilets and the break area cleaned. She does not yet know whether window cleaning should be included in the same contract.
On the “Office cleaning” page, she sees a clear list of tasks discussed when quoting. A panel distinguishes recurring maintenance from periodic work, such as certain window-cleaning or deep-cleaning jobs. She understands that she can compare proposals covering the same scope without assuming everything is included.
The form asks for the town, approximate area, desired frequency and preferred contact method. An optional field lets her explain that the premises are occupied during the day. The confirmation message explains that the team will contact her to arrange a visit; it promises neither an immediate price nor automatic availability.
You receive a structured enquiry that starts with the right questions. After the visit, your proposal can follow the same categories: rooms concerned, tasks, frequency, consumables and quality checks. The website therefore prepares the discussion; it does not replace your assessment of the premises or the contractual definition of the work.

Show cleaning stages and explain service quality checks
Images should show what you do. Shining offices create an atmosphere, but an authorised series showing preparation, work and results explains your service better. We clearly distinguish photographs of your work from illustrative images. Faces, signs, documents and details identifying a customer must not appear without appropriate permission.
A case on your website can specify the premises type, organisational constraints and work completed without publishing an address. It can also explain a decision: cleaning certain areas before opening, reserving another task for a periodic visit or arranging checks with an identified manager. This information is more useful than an uncaptioned gallery.
We display a certification, insurance policy or environmental approach only on the basis of information you supply and approve. Wording must remain precise: using certain identified products does not mean every service carries a certification. Testimonials must be authentic and authorised. Any recruitment page follows a separate journey to avoid mixing applications and sales enquiries in the same inbox.

A simple first contact without asking for premises access details
The form begins with the service type and town. Approximate area and frequency are useful when they genuinely affect the answer. Contact details should allow follow-up without unnecessary mandatory fields: depending on the selected journey, an email address or telephone number may suffice. An “I do not know the area” option avoids blocking someone who specifically wants your help defining the work.
Alarm codes, access badges, opening instructions, detailed plans and internal documents should not be requested through this first public form. Photos remain optional and are added only if the project includes appropriate file handling. They are not needed for a simple callback.
Protection combines server-side field validation, rate limits and proportionate spam prevention. The success message states that the enquiry has been sent; if an error occurs, entered information remains recoverable and another contact method is offered. The privacy policy explains data use and the chosen retention period. Additional marketing messages require a separate choice: requesting a quote does not automatically subscribe visitors to a newsletter.

Brochure website, content you can update or job management: what scope?
A website presenting your offers with a well-designed form may be enough to start. An administration area becomes useful if you regularly publish work, recruit or change services. A booking tool, customer portal or connection to scheduling software requires additional scoping: access rights, cancellation handling, notifications and maintenance cannot be reduced to a button.
We distinguish these needs in the quote. Adding useful window-cleaning content is not as complex as synchronising several teams’ rounds. Page count does not create an automatic surcharge; feature, data and integration complexity determines adjustments to the standard scope. Gloria’s offers and pricing provide a starting point.
For a redesign, we record old URLs, pages attracting visits and forms still used. A page retaining the same subject keeps its URL where possible. If it changes, a 301 redirect leads to a relevant equivalent. A discontinued service without a replacement should not systematically redirect to the homepage. Old documents and links in sales email signatures are also checked.

Test enquiries from a property manager, business and private customer
Before publication, we browse the website as a property manager, office manager and private customer if these three audiences are part of your business. For each, we check that it is possible to find the right service, understand the scope, identify the area served and send an enquiry without guessing the answers. Reviewing on a phone checks the usability of tables, buttons and fields.
You review hours, displayed terms, photographs and evidence. Technical tests cover form errors, links, images, redirects, headings and indexing information. Confirming message receipt requires an agreed test with your recipient; an on-screen confirmation alone does not demonstrate delivery.
After launch, enquiries can be classified by service and customer type. This shows whether the website supports your intended activity beyond visitor counts. If enquiries mainly concern excluded services, the first adjustment is to explain the offer better. You can present your business and current website to define priority journeys.
Domain, hosting & maintenance
Who manages the website after handover?
You register and renew the domain name
You register, pay for and renew your domain name directly. Gloria connects it to the website initially as part of launch. The registrar account and renewal reminders remain under your control. Subsequent one-off assistance can be quoted separately.
Hosting and maintenance: options and prices to specify
You can retain compatible hosting or choose hosting managed by Gloria at an additional cost. The quote specifies recurring costs, backups, updates, included interventions and exit terms. Subscriptions to booking tools, platforms or paid extensions are identified before commitment.
Practical questions
Questions about functionality and website creation
Can businesses and private customers be presented on the same website?
Yes, with two clearly named entry points and pages suited to each audience’s questions. Enquiries can be directed to different recipients if your organisation warrants it. We avoid making everyone complete the same long questionnaire.
Should cleaning prices be displayed?
An approved price can be shown if its conditions are understandable. For a variable service, we instead explain quote factors and the next step. Gloria does not invent a price list for your business or promise an amount based on floor area alone.
Can the website manage my teams’ work?
A brochure website organises presentation and enquiries. Staff scheduling, time recording, invoicing or a customer portal require industry software or specific integration. We first check your existing tools to avoid costly duplicate entry.
